Just wanted to update that I got an email notification from the NVC with my case number today! Just check the CEAC site and it's currently in transit  
 
The only thing I wanted to ask is that I also got another email that the German Embassy (fiance is British but he has been living in Germany for the past 3 years) approved a request for expedited processing. I'm not complaining but is this part of the usual process? I didn't request any expedite so curious where this came from!

My fiance passed her 10 minute visa interview by the CO yesterday

Noa 1 on April 21st.  Approved today September 5th. 137 days and finally the Email came. I can't even compose a real sentence I'm so excited. Good luck to u all and use Filipina Fiancé Visa if u haven't because they were awesome and I had no setbacks with them. 

Well, I just checked the online status update for my K1 visa and IT WAS APPROVED TODAY!!! 
 
I sent the additional evidence maybe a week ago, and it was approved today and the status was updated. I'm expecting the hardcopy in the mail maybe early next week if it's coming from the west coast. 
 
Funny, I check three times today, and the last time was the charm.

Hello guys, Im online again in here... Happy to inform everyone that my passport and visa is already in transit. I received a message through text and email from us travel docs today stating that they already delivered my documents.
Got approved last June 17 then we scheduled my interview afyer a month because I was waiting for my friend that time (to go aling with her in the interview too, and tried to have the same interview date as hers). Medical exam at St. lukes extension clinic last August 14 and passed it in just one day then had my Interview last august 17 and got 221g because I changed my last name to the last name of my father since i was using the last name of my mother. We changed it when I was a teenager... So they asked for additional NBI clearance and Certificate of no marriage using my previous name. I sent them my 221g documents last August 19 then they received it August 22 since it was a long weekend that time because of holiday (monday)  and case created last august 25.  My case is in administrative processing for just 3 working days and got issued.
 
Manila embassy is so fast... Just so happy that everything work just fine.
 
To those who will have their interview soon, congrats in advance. US embassy questions are so simple. Just 3 important questions: our name and bdays, the work of my fiance, and where did we meet. =)

Hey everyone. I dont post on here very often but Iv been lurking around and reading this board and keeping track of approvals most days just in order to keep myself sane through this process.
 
If it helps anyone to know, my case has FINALLY been approved. on day 148. My USC fiance called in on the 31st and after hearing the same lines again from tier 1, he demanded to speak to tier 2 (apparently you have to say the words 'I demand to speak to tier 2' as though its a secret password or something). After speaking to tier 2, he was informed that we had been listed as approved on their systems as of an hour ago. The next day the online tracker shows as approved on 1st Sept.
 
There are no words for how relieved we both feel that our petition hadn't somehow gotten lost down the back of a bookshelf somewhere! 
 
Congratulations to everyone else who has received their NOA2 and Good luck to everyone still waiting.
 
Any advice on what the next step is now?

So I got my NOA2 hardcopy today. Snail mail was more like a rabbit. It was postmarked Aug 30, and I got it today (Sep 3) on the east coast. Anyways, the approval date was Aug 29. So in my case the congressional inquiry did not do anything to expedite my case. It was filed a day after my approval! I do think USCIS updated the tracker because of it though.
 
Hopefully that's some positive news for those still waiting.

Wonderful news this morning! My petition was approved as of Aug 30 (yesterday)! I got an email just a few minutes ago, and the case tracker confirms it (see below)! 
 
Hang in there everyone who is still waiting. I can say it's definitely a lot easier to say from this side of the fence, but please hang in there. @Greenbaum offered some wonderful advice on the kind of action you can take if need be. Thank you everyone for all the support and to @Estibaliz for starting this thread. I'm not sure my fiancee and I would have been able to make it through this without all of you! 
 
I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, and I noticed others disussing reaching out to a congressman, but I reached out to my senator yesterday. I spoke with one of his staff members on the immigration team, and within a few hours, he confirmed that he submitted an inquiry on my behalf. I do not know if that worked in my favor or if this is just a coincidence. I will be calling the NVC in roughly 2.5 weeks to give them some extra time because of the holiday weekend.

Hi everyone! After a LOOONG 144 day wait with zero updates, this is what showed up on my informed delivery today! I'm trying not to get too excited until I see the contents to be sure, but I am so so happy that there is a letter!
 
Just in case this happens to be an approval (I am still trying not to get my hopes up - though it's really difficult), my case tracker still shows received April 10th with no further updates. A Tier 2 officer last week told me that my case wasn't even assigned to an adjudicator exactly 1 week ago too, though he wasn't too nice so I'm not sure if he was telling the truth or just trying to get me off the phone. 
 
I just wanted to mention this in case anyone else is like me getting depressed that there are no updates on the tracker on their case even though it might be working for some. Just keep checking and there might be a letter after all!
 
P.S. Interesting note - the postage mark on the top right actually says ZIP 05495, which is Vermont and not California.. I don't know how these postage stamps work and it doesn't actually match up to the Vermont Service Center zip code but thought it was interesting nonetheless.
