    Hello, this question is for a friend. she has the old passport from Anguilla, she is anguillan citizen, her passport is good until 2024, she got her passporton 2014. can she travel with that passport to USA or she need the new one with chip?

    It is better submit with the others forms, if your package is good and they are ready to approve you but medical exam is missing, you will get rfe and that will delay the case

    Each case is diferent, my cousin sent his application on april 8 , 2020 and got a RFE on january 2022, he sent evidences on february 28, 2022 . Uscis updated his case as evidence received march 10, 2022 , after that he hasn’t hear anything from them. more that 90 days from when he sent evidence and 2 years and 2 months from the time he sent his i-751. Still waiting

    I helped a friend to prepare her AOS package. She adjusting from B2 visa Her husband filed i-130 online and got uscis account number , so we use this number on the 1-485, i-864, i-765 i-131 forms. As they are married we supposed one uscis online account will be good for the whole petition. I learned i-130 online account is from the petitioner, Does listed the petitioner uscis online account on the others forms be a problem?

    Yesterday a friend of mine sent her AOS package and together her i-601 waiver seeking vaccination waiver. No lawyer involved, just a lot of reading and time ensembling the package. Now the waiting time to see what happen. She is adjusting status from b2 visa Her i-485 is current with i-130 (filed online) I will update her waiver results here

    I was lucky too, my DL expire on 2027 , i got it on 8/25/2020 in at Indiana. they made a mistake because my green card expried on 7/24/2021. But i am happy with that mistake πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

    Get married and do the petition yourself, you don't need a lawyer

    If you can read and understand English you don't need a lawyer, you can do it yourself. All you need is patient for read and fill out the application. Here there good guide how do it. But my advise is get married and apply for spouse visa, in that way your spouse can work immediately she arrives to USA. Aldo spouse visa is less expensive.
