No, you don't need to get it authenticated. The green copy issued by the NBI is enough.

 

i think what you&me means is that your NBI clearance should ideally be less than 6 months old. although it is valid for a year from the date of issue, a lot of people especially those processing in manila says that it needs to be "fresh" by the time of your interview (ie less than 6 months old).

i emailed the psa to send my documents directly to us consulate in hk after five days its on their hands

Send the application form for police certificate and certified true copy of your passport(red ribbon) include 10 usd and self address envelope or if you know someone in taiwan you can ask them to get a copy you will need to send authorization letter ctc of passport and copy of arc

True one of req is passport valid for 6 months aside from she cant leave the country if her passport is less than 6or 8 months

a friend of mine had to pay 3k pesos so she can get the earliest spot in passport renewal if not she needs to wait for 3 months 

another thing processing in manila is really fast since they dont need to wait for packet 3 and 4 

a screenshot of case number stating ready is enough to set med and interview so she has to move now

She can expedite her passport but needs to pay 3x the actual price (under the table) ask the people in dfa they will tell her how. Sad to say we filipinos are victims of this scam and the people behind this are the same people we vote.

so her case is not a normal case quiet unfair on your side since from the begining she knew about it. And sorry to tell you but its uncommon for filipino to use sibling's name for marriage if you know what i mean. Being judgemental here i think she is married already because the us embassy will never tell her if her cenomar has wrong bday or whatever.

Its easy she needs to call psa and tell her situation. Filipino most of the time has same name and surname but middle name. Call the manager/supervisor and they will ask her mother's maiden name and some other info about her trust me they wont apologize but they will send the right cenomar. Another thing let her offer another mailing fee once she called for faster transaction. Its not a first case

You can search here in vj there are some who do the same but it takes longer if you transfer.
