My understanding is you don’t need to disclose such camera violations. YOU haven’t been cited, your car has been cited for violation and it came to the owner of vehicle who happens to be you. I bet this wouldn’t even come up during the interview.

22 days after biometrics, I haven't gotten the card yet. It just changed status from case has been received to card is being produced.
 

Hello guys I hope all of you are doing great, I've been gone for while driving me wife everywhere and looking for a job, this  process has been so estressfull  so I decided to be off social media for a while. I woke up this morning to the good news that my EAD has been approved! I hope all of you get good news soon as well! 

Yes, your application for EAD wont be affected for an RFE on the I 485 application.

No it  doesn't because forms I 764 (work permit) and I 131(advance parole)  are totally independent cases that are not related with your petition I 485 (green card), even thought they were filed concurrently, sometimes people get their green card before than the work authorization documents.

Yes absolutely if you had the W2s you should have sent them along with the form I 864 (affidavit of support)  it's really important. even if they don't send you an  RFE for 2016 have them ready just in case, they may or they may not send you an RFE because you filed just when the year started.

Is really sad what is happening to you I've been reading your updates and at this point I believe you should resend your application and cancel the check because if you don't they might cash you twice 

Dont judge on this forum, here a person just wants direction, some have been fearful of regularizing,some
was waiting for reform that may address their situation. Look at the medical Indian couple in TX who for 20 yrs, they
were waiting for GC with renewal of work permits, they bought a home had 2 children, and was told this week the
games change they will not renew their documents,they are given few weeks to wrap things up. The wife who
have delicate surgeries to perform, one next week on someones spine can be nerve wracking getting that news.
So dont judge why it take so long, wish people well and be glad you life is perfect

simply put the i130 only creates a visa number for you to be eligible for a green card. the i485 is what gives you the green card. so only submitting the i130 without the other will not prevent a deportation. they messed up not ice.

Hello guys I'm a little bit confused with my wife, my tracking numbers for my cases weren't working until this morning, I 765 and I 130 were but the I 485 wasn't so I called the 800 number and gave them my case number for I 485 and the lady told me that she didn't see anything wrong with my case in fact my case was ready for an interview I just couldn't believe it so I politely asked her to check the number again and yes it was my case number and went to my app and check my case number and yeah.. my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview, is this normal (standard) procedure or does it usually take longer to get to this point?

I did them in Seattle too, The tukwila support center, it was really quick I was actually surprised they just gave me a number call and call me five minutes later, photo, finger prints, signature and that was it.

It happened to us when my fiance filed for my K1 visa. After a call we found out that our application never made it to USCIS. It got lost somewhere between Atlanta and Chicago. That's why I am nervous. I don't want that happen again. But we are prepared if we have to send the documents again.

You didn't bring your birth certificate with you?! You will need it in the future! You live in the US now and should have documents that identify you with you. 
 
For now just have your parents scan it for you so you can print it and send it to USCIS. Then request another birth certificate or have your parents send you your original one. You very likely have to present it at your AOS interview (if you get one). You are supposed to bring all original papers to that interview. If you don't want to wait until you get that RFE you can submit it asap as you have your NOA1 paper in hand. Other VJ members might tell you though to wait until you get that RFE. It's up to you.

OMG! So my phone just had a fit... I look at it to see what's going on and it says "NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED" for the green card application!!!! yayy!!!

Nothing wrong with being unaware of related to immigration. The average American has no need for learning the immigration process.

Yeah, I am having the same problem. It looks like their tracking system is down.
 
Really disappointing to pay over 1200 dollars and have to deal with mistakes on printed NOAs and not being able to track our cases.. 

Inside US territory is totally safe, don't go abroad without AP though
