Finally got my NOA2. I hope the rest of you still stuck in FEB get yours soon. It has been a headache!
 
So it looks like now I have to: 
1. Wait for NVC to give me my case number
2. Once case number has been obtained, schedule medical exams
3. Fill out and send DS-160 to fiance
4. Schedule interview
 
Am I missing a step? Thought I had this memorized :X

YAY!!!. FINALLY... After 200 days of waiting, today we received NOA2.
Thanks God the waiting of Noa2 is over. We are ready to move on to the next step. Still don't know what to do because we are left behind.

Here's our timeline:
- NOA1 January 17th
- Sent inquiry through Congresswoman early June, Called USCIS and talked to Tier 2 officer third time since early June but result nothing.
- Send inquiry through USCIS Website on June 28th
- Received RFE email/notification July 15th,
- Received Hardcopy RFE letter July 19th,
- RFE reply sent July 22nd
- RFE received by USCIS CSC July 25th
- Noa2 date July 31st
- Noa2 letter arrived August 4th.

Wanted to share that my fiancé arrived last week and we got married today! This thread was a huge support for us, especially during the dreadful NOA2 wait. Now to get started on AOS! 

So my fiancé was approved today. The interviewer only asked how we met and then told him he was approved. 
Wishing everyone else luck in the process!

I received my NOA2 yesterday! I wanted to reveal to my fiancee on Skype first before letting everyone else in on it. She couldn't believe I hadn't even opened the envelope to peek until this afternoon.

Case tracker still shows as "Case Was Received"

127 days waiting, but it was worth it. If you still waiting, hang in there
 
Now we need to get ready for the interview in Montreal 😬

noa2: 7-31-17 (hard copy in mail 8-4-17, no app update) 
 
now waiting for Monday to call NVC! I need advice on what to do now! It's like I was so focused on the NOA2 I don't know how to navigate NVC but I am so happy to be done with USCIS.... still sending out good vibes for more march whiners to get their approvals !

So it's official - the letter is NOA2.  Here is my info:

NOA1
03/31 - Received date
04/05 - Notice date

NOA2
07/31 - Notice date

Day - 127

They list the received date and NOA2 notice date on the approval and it's interesting that they're exactly four months apart.

My Case Status and apps still say received

my F got the letter in the mail Aug.3 ... the date from our NOa1 (received) MARCH 28.. 
Hard copy April 3..  
i guess 28 and 3 is Our number 💕💞

Guyyyyyyys, pretty sure I just got NOA2 !!!!!!!!  Wasn't expecting anything until possibly Monday but I have a letter and I can see a notice date of 7/31 in the little window.  Waiting an hour until I can open it on skype with my fiance

Hi everyone, I just checked my informed delivery and see that I have two letters from the USCIS. I'm not sure if that's good news or bad. Right now I'm just happy to have some kind of letter after 184 days since NOA1. It's going to kill me waiting all day to check the mail.

For those who are still waiting, be strong! Think positive so you will attract positivity.
