my boyfriend is from Malaysia but lives and is doing the process in Singapore, he got his Malaysia police report without having to disclose why he needed it....... I don't think that part of it should be so difficult, you frequently need those for employment.... but the K1 visa is how you have to go and your boyfriend has to start that process for you, you will be interview by American immigration officer who will not be a problem for a same sex couple, you will just have to push thru your fear .....if you want to marry your partner, my boyfriend was concerned as they have those laws in Singapore as well...... but your interview will be in the city and if it is possible he should join you for the interview, I am the citizen and plan of being there for my fiance to help ease his fears and anxiety, I have also learned on here that it goes a very long way in helping your process go thru more smoothly as it show in real time a real relationship  

Mine was the same as yours and I just sent it have not heard back anything yet, but honestly if there is no 2 pages you can't send it, but if your concerned just send a copy of the blank page

I totally get it ... took me over 6 weeks to get it together...... but I have learned just read the question and respond... sometime less is more and this is just the beginning of the process all the questions they would have will come in due time, right now just don't over think it all... if its a real relationship I believe all the rest will fall into place... but good luck  it is indeed a journey....

and I am pretty sure the instructions say just answer what is applicable to you, so on mine I left things that did not apply to me blank.... I found that in the instructions

don't read into the question, if he is not in the US now you would not answer the question, that is for people who have over stayed visa kind of thing but if they are not in the US now and that is the question asked then it would not be answered.... that may come up later in the process however but for this it is as asked

So I've been watching the VJ NOA2 historical timeline average for a month or two and it has moved from 90 to 94 to 97 days now. I don't know about you all but I think that these estimated timelines are doing more harm than good to my sanity. lol

I think this has a lot to do with the change in the administration and them being pissed off about  the travel ban.... revenge on the system...

This is the change in the administration and they are being very intentional about slowing down this process... so sad we are all getting caught up in a revenge fight between politicians 

I would renew just to be safe..... is it expensive to renew, it would be ashame to have a problem over a couple hundred dollars if you can afford it. that is me I would not want to risk it, it is cut and dried where the rules are concerned, my fiance got his passport renewed for this very reason.... it was a nominal expense for the peace of mind

Same sex couple here too.... lots of stories are so inspiring..... we are fortunate that we can do this in the USA.... the process seems so intense and confusing.... We are just over 30 days now 

There are many more to come but that is all that is needed for the 129F

I mailed mine out and have gotten the e notice it arrived and my check has cleared been sent to CA I believe, its a long journey it seems...... my good wishes and hopes and dreams are with everyone else in this tread....... a wonderful thing to find love at this point in my life, this process is a true test of the universe and patience ....I believe the journey is worthwhile and pray we all find our hearts desires

Well sent my I 129 off and it has been received, been very concerned how delayed the process might become due to the immigration confusion that could be being caused..... I am praying that it does not delay things more than I see on this site already, I am 61 my intended is 51 we are late in our lives and looking forward to many years together..... once this challenging journey of the K1 is compete

Well I 129 was received in Texas and today I check my bank and the check was cashed but I still have not received a text or an email telling me it has been received but I am looking at this as a positive, what is not a positive is that they are messing with the K1 Visa program at the moment that was confirmed in this morning Press briefing .... 

I JUST MAILED MY I 129 F OFF MARCH 6TH, SENT IT PRIORITY MAIL WITH TRACKING..... I APPRECIATE THIS SITE AND THE PEOPLE WHO ARE POSTING THEIR STORIES, IT IS CERTAINLY A JOURNEY 

Just mailed off my I 129 F to the place in texas... hoping this decrease in people coming to the US will help speed it up,
