Every country has its bad eggs.....there r so many men and women in VJ happily married to Nigerians and other part of Africa with no issues.If one person is found wanting, it doesn't mean every other person should suffer Because of that

Posters fiancé or whatever he is is definitely a scam.. but I think your quote is actually a bit of an exaggeration..
I'm Nigerian and this process from uscis to interview has been smooth sailing for me(you can check my timeline) and it's been the same for a whole lot of other Nigerians in this forum.
There are a FEW glaring fraud cases, yes.. but definitely not Low, Moderate, High and "Lagos" as you or the Immigration Lawyer put it.
Ps: Immigrants at the embassy in Nigeria(Lagos) are given priority and preferential treatments if I may say so. 😊

No problem. I used paperclips to organize my petition and put it all into an envelop. It kept everything together and in sections, and I can't imagine the USCIS officer complaining for having to pull off a few paperclips.

Hey, the truth is bitter but i have to be very opened with you. The whole thing has been a scam right from the start. The trending scam in Nigeria which is regrettably my country is the dating scam. I almost fell a victim myself. They are jobless and dedicate all their time to you and you probably confuse their fraudulent conspiracy for affection. You are wrong. If you want to confirm genuineness of his claim, tell him to scan a copy of his last DS-160 to you, you can call the consulate  or department of homeland security if that is really a genuine application number. You've already lost $300 to this scam, i bet you will lose much more if you dont back out right now. They even go the extent of seeking metaphysical power just to forcibly make you concur to their demands without alerting anyone. I wont be surprised if you dont come back or reply any one who has tried to caution you. they probably hypnotized you already. Sorry! 
 

So I have a question for the forum. I have a case in USCIS that is on day 57. I filed a Expedite request on day 30 which was 14 March 2018. I received the approval email to expedite on 19 April 2018. Now I am at day 57. How much longer should we be waiting before they will send the case to the NVC? I am sure the expedite is only for the USCIS phase of this process. Thank you 

I have been,  trying to break up with him a lot of times but he always play a mind games with me,  i know it sounded like I'm just trying to hooked up somebody who can bring me to usa but that's not my intention,  my ex boyfriend was a mental abuser, that's why I  decided to break up with him,  plus if I'm  only looking for that what's the point of breaking up with him coz in the first place we are already half way through it. I just don't want to be with an abusive man..  

I learned this month that our Petition was sent back for review by the USCIS, it will either be reaffirmed or denied.  Does anyone have any idea how long until I should receive notice from the uscis and will it be emailed or postal mail?
