Less than a month

Hi!

I just found this forum. Let me share my timeline:
 
06/10 - applied at USPS (not expedited)
06/12 - delivered in Dallas
06/14 - check cashed
 
Locator 54.
 
Do y'all think it'll arrive before the end of August? I have a trip planned and I was hoping it'd arrive in time without needing to be expedited. TIA

Got my oath ceremony letter in the mail last week! They scheduled for next Tuesday 01/11!

I had my interview today. The officer was pretty chilled. He asked me only 6 questions. I don't remember all of them but the ones I remember were:
- who was Susan B. Anthony?
- 2 holidays 
- how many years do we elect the president for?
- how many justices we have in the supreme court?
- What is the supreme law of the land?
He asked me a few questions about where I worked in the USA and about my life. Since he was the only officer there, i couldn't do the oath ceremony and they'll schedule it for another day.

I just woke up to a text message from the USCIS saying action was taken. I got my interview scheduled for 11/24! Does anyone know if you can bring your spouse with you to the interview?

Interview was at 920 AM. Oath was at 130PM. 30 mins tops. 

That sucks! Not even the oath ceremony? Wow... Thanks for the info!
It's not a combo. I already have my 10y GC. Thanks for letting me know though

On my interview, they didn’t allow. My husband just waited outside. But maybe it’s different for other field offices

July 8, 2021- N400 application submitted online
July 8, 2021 -  NOA received by USCIS
July 9, 2021 - NOA biometrics reused
July 23, 2021 - Interview Scheduled
August 25, 2021- Citizenship Test and Interview (9:20 AM)
August 25, 2021 - Oath Taking. Same day!
 
Entire process took about 48 days start to finish. 1 month 17 days 🥰
 
The Officer was very nice and i swear he asked me the easiest questions in the Civics test. I memorized everything . 😂
 
He only asked for my green card and state id along with the interview. The entire interview was probably 30 mins or less. I think I spent longer time on the queue outside and waiting area.
 
I was asked if I wanted to do the Oath Taking ceremony in the afternoon or schedule a different time. I picked same day and was asked to come back at 130 PM
 
The queue outside for the ceremony was super long and allow 5 people to enter at a time. Oath Taking took less than 30 mins.

Oh God! What a beautiful day! I even don't know where do I start lol
I was scheduled for my interview at 830, so came in at 815, at 825 was called by the officer, the officer was extremely nice, asked me 6 questions, then asked me to read "where is the white house" and to write the white house is in Washington DC. Then went over my n400, at 835 he told me congratulations, please wait in the waiting room, at 9 exactly my name was called by another officer who was holding my naturalization certificate in his hand, so he took me into a room and read the oath, I repeated after him the full oath, then he gave me my certificate, said congratulations and took me outside, I left the building at 9 10, then I ran to DMV and upgraded my real ID driver's license to enhanced driver's license for US citizens only (I maid an appointment for it online a week ago) then I ran to the passport agency and apply for a first time passport, it will be ready in 15 minutes, (made an appointment by phone by waiting over 3 hours on the line 2 weeks ago)
So this is pretty much it

We received a notice that our biometrics will be reused that was on the 2nd,today we got another update that an interview has been scheduled for the 16th of September  my wife is very excited

I just filed a few minutes ago. 😄 My window opened in February but I was in process of moving to another state so I just decided to wait till I was living in SD for 90 days.

I just got an interview notice😳
I submitted July 8. Not sure why it’s so fast. So not ready. Hahaha. I haven’t reviewed any of the tests yet because I figured i would have a year to prepare 😂

July 21, 2021 filer here.

Sent in my N400, UPS shows received today.

Just woke up with a text message from USCIS. I checked my status/files and I see they're going to use my old fingerprints. Did anyone get the same document?
Also, the estimated time changed from 15 months to 13 months on their website. I guess that's good lol

Filed today! 17th July 😄😄 hopefully the time goes by fast

I won't be joining the N-400 February 2021 filers forum for a good reason!
We are about to sell our house and move to a different state. Plus, we just found out I am pregnant! Just too much on our plates right now. I'll probably be joining the June/July filers but I will keep an eye on the February filers

Update on my case : new card delivered!!!!

I've never received the update that the post office got the card yesterday. So I decided to check on my informed delivery if there was something coming as a package. There i saw something from USCIS was arriving on Aug 1. I had the tracking number and everything so I signed up for delivery updates. And it's actually coming today!
