Unfortunately you're not outside of processing times yet and will have to sit tight. They're very backlogged at both the California and Vermont service centers.

    Thanks for the information.

should I start schedule an appointment with local Uscis for stamping the passport.

i need to be able to drive. What do you think?

My post had nothing to do with pointing at the OP's language. In the case of the OP, I have seen him/her complete questions with question marks in their previous threads. Yet recently they started completing all their questions with exclamation points, which gives us a sense that we have to answer their questions RIGHT NOW. This is the internet where there are etiquettes for writing, regardless of language. If I were to post questions, whether in French or English, with exclamation points, it would be considered just as rude.

You cannot expect people to answer questions on VJ every 5 seconds. Besides, many of OP's questions are repetitive and have been answered by others several times. Again, I'm not trying to be rude by any means but I'm not going to sugarcoat a poster's demand of immediate replies from strangers, especially when many of his questions are basic and the answers can easily be found with a little searching, or have been answered by other members.

This is great, I will be more careful when I am writing next time.

thanks for help and I am willing to help anyone needs help.
    Thanks

Hah, using the phone so I can't find the edit button :P

Anyway, I just wanted to add I know it's no one's intention to mock anyone. After all, you all have a non US citizen significant other. Just saying because it personally made me feel bad...

What could your fired lawyer possibly do bad? Is there anything concrete that can be sent (document proof) that would jeopardize your case? Otherwise USCIS is not in the business of hear-says or revenge tactics.

On a side note, I'm not trying to sound rude here but why do you end all your sentences with an exclamation point where there should be a question mark? It does get a little annoying for the reader... Firing your lawyer or not is totally up to you but I would highly recommend you pursue your I-751 with someone well-versed in the English language. It looks like you could use some help...

You are very smart to say that, he don't have anything to take against me at all but I am just having some concerns with him. I don't want to pay for some one else mistakes. It is the case of my life. This why I am crazy, I don't want to loss everything my wife and my green card specially that we loved each other.

It is ok thanks for advice any way, I will not fire him and take his till the end!

    Jesus man...he is YOUR lawyer.

No-one else here on an anonymous forum is in possession of the facts of your case or your life, and your posts in broken english do not help clarify matters any further.

As for the lawyer being a specialist in divorce and immigration...well.....the phrase 'jack of all trades, master of none' springs to mind.

It isn't astrophysics with a minor in rocket science - If you are happy with the service he is providing at the rate he is charging you, then retain his services.

If you are not happy with the service he is providing and/or the price he is charging then dispense with his services.

ok, I will decide that today, Thank you so much.
can he do anything bad to my case after I already sign I-751 and G28 already or I am good if i fire him.
Could he send any thing to USCIS!

How are we suppose to know? When I said "fire him" you answered "but he has good reviews why do you say I should fire him..". So he is either the best lawyer or he isn't and he's making mistakes and you're afraid of him... (!) No idea what you want to hear.

you are right, I am sorry , I am just in fear and I don't know what to do.
I feel I have to trust god more!
