@Paul & Mary meant you can use that guideline, ignore i130/i130a part since uscis part is done, look thru after i130 approved part for related information.

How long it may take form the time of NYV center till the actual visa? Do you guys know?

I-864 is the Financial Sponsorship agreement with the Federal Government.   She, like all intending immigrants, will need a police clearance certificate.

You might want to review the guides here in the blue bar on the top of every page.   Look at the spousal visa.  The only difference is not needing the I-130A,

I am bringing my mom not my spouse.

So you guys know how long it may take form the time of NYV center till the actual visa?

NVC usually sends an email to you in a month or so after i130 approval for the next steps. If not call them and inquire about it. In the mean time you can have your i864, copies (or scans) of her police certificate and birth certificate handy.

What is  i864, copies (or scans) of her police certificate?
From where you get all those information?

I know you’re excited but take a deep breath and read the instructions! At this point, all you are uploading is evidence that you are eligible to file the petition (your citizenship), and that shows the relationship between you and the beneficiary. from the instructions:

A mother: Submit a copy of your birth certificate showing your name and your mother’s name. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-130instr.pdf, page 7

All her civil documents etc come later, at NVC stage.

That's perfect, I was just wondering and little confused.
Which is for now 1. my naturalization 2. my passport 3 my translated birth certificate.
Nothing else at this point, is that correct?

And no need for Religious, School, Census, affidavits records and DNA tests, is that also correct?

Petitioner’s birth certificate, this is yours. You are the petitioner because you are sponsoring your mother. Your mother is the beneficiary.

    That's perfect.
All information I upload it was about me the petitioner.

Where and how should I upload her information like her Passport and birth certificate (I mean my mom her Passport and birth certificate)?

Since I don't see a Forum started for March 2021 Filers, I'm starting this so we all can keep in touch through-out the I-130 journey of bringing parents to the US.

Today I submitted my form 1-130 online and paid the fee.

    Let the Journey begin.

Where and how do you pay the fee online?
