I know I'm a few days behind ya'll, I haven't heard anything either.  Keeping track of 50 WAC around my filing number; one approved early on (within 90 days), 3 outstanding RFE, 16 RFE returned and the rest "Case Was Received".    Let's hope they get to the rest of them soon.

Did you guys contacted your congressman or representative??

We did not got any answer from ours, just wondering how worked for others

I'm going to be so angry if I wait until August 3rd just for them to say they are working on it and it will take up to 45 days.

    @JloveN

They received the same email I did, and an hour later another email with a RFE, they are January filers!

My bf made an Infopass apointment too for August the 1st, that day we will be in the 180 days waiting.

I will be retired before I receive my noa2. You would think no prior marriage or kids with no criminal record would be a fast case. Not to mention I was prior military and already had a full background check. Lets go day 167 <_<

I'm so sad lately... we planned for me to be traveling 1st week of Sept. Now we are looking at Oct.
    Feels so unfair :(

Did you put the e-request too? We received an email saying:

"Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* within 45 days.

*A notice of action may be in a form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice , Request for Evidence, or Notice of Intent to Deny.

We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience."

The first inquiry came back with "your petition is withing processing timeline", which was not right because the cut off date was the 15th. Mine was received on the 14th. But anyways after that first response I had to wait 30 days after the response to request another inquiry. Haven't heard anything yet, and I have to wait a full 30 days before I can request another one. I got spoke to a tier 2 officer once and she told me some cases take longer than others. So no concrete answers what so ever

That's just so unfair!! I'm really sorry!

Sorry to hear about your wait. But it has been 209 days for me and still have got no answers. Called them many times and have multiple congressional inquires. I am waiting for answers on the second inquiry with them. So I feel your pain.

WOW! I'm so sorry to hear.
Once you are outside of the "normal processing time" BS, which answer did they gave you??

Did you get a response from them? Sigh this is crazy. Maybe try to get your local news station to follow this story. I know it is a bit extreme but I would do it for love most definitely.

We received a letter from the congressman saying he will look at it... that was last week. Nothing since.

We have better days than others. But we are reaching the desperation mode :(

I hope the appointment goes well.  I feel like getting someone in person has got to produce results.  Good luck to you!

    Thanks a lot!

Please contact your senators and government officials, I am a March filer and have not heard anything as of yet and was fed that same line. If they hear from enough government officials I am hoping something will be done about this. It is not fair and you need to know what is going on with your case. I couldn't imagine waiting even that long in your case, I am at 123 I believe and I wrote my senator. It is hard to stay strong when you are uncertain of the circumstances surrounding your case. You have a right to know. So while patience is a virtue, I think that they are use to petitioners just waiting and waiting and no one holding them accountable for their improper practices. So please please please write to your senator. I am being processed out of the same office and I have seen April cases being approved and March and it's not fair.

Oh, we did, we put a requests, write the congressman, the senator... next is the infopass appointment, schedule for next week...
We call every Monday and Friday.
    Is so frustrating!!

I really hope the person from Feb who was 150+ days in has heard.  I don't remember who it was or if they've since posted an approval but I hope so!

It's me!! Well, i'm just one of the Jan and Feb filers that are still waiting
    No, no approval... 162 days!
We called USCIS yesterday again, and the guy told us the same BS "you are within the normal processing times".

    We are going nuts!

  9. Hello!
I'm sure someone here will be able to help me or give some light in our situation.
We filed our K1 Visa on Jan, the receiving date is 1st of Feb, 161 days waiting and no news.

We called USCIS multiple times and did not get any information from Tier 2. We wrote the congressman and his answer was that he will look into it (that was last week) and nothing since then.

My plan was traveling first week of Sept. But at this point we are not even sure if that will be possible. My fiance is really stressed out about all the situation and we are in panic mode. We can not plan or organized anything until we have the NOA2... but, here is the big question, can they deny the visa to me in this step??

    What are our options?

    Thanks so much!!!!

That's what I'm panicking about, the NVC stage as its looking like its taking everybody over a month, if i got my approval this week then i could possibly (and I'm really stretching that 'possibly') be there for October but i'm honestly just losing hope now. We are still awaiting for a response of our enquiry we made last week. My flight is already booked for October so i just checked the airline and it looks like there isn't a charge to change the dates which was a relief.

It's so unfair isn't it :(, have you tried calling USCIS at all?

Hahaha! We called every Monday and Friday since the last 2 months
Last Friday the Tier 2 guy sounded like was his 1st day at work, hahaha! He said they were doing the final review... but as I said, he didnt sounded like he knew much about anything.
The congressman also requested a full inform in our case. Told us USCIS have to reply to him within 15 days, that was last week.

    Sooooo, more waiting and waiting!

  11. Our NOA1 is Feb the 1st... 156 days waiting.
We got the same speech from USCIS: we are in the background check since June the 5th.

We think it might be because my dad is a former diplomat, so I have travelled A LOT, lived in many countries. Funny thing, I only been in US once and I was in transit in the Miami airport...

It's a really frustrating situation, just to be waiting :(
