You need to look at your hard copy NOA1 paper.  In the top right there will be a box called "NOTICE DATE".   That date is your NOA1.

Sorry to bother again, we had a problem with the mailing address, we changed the address because in the first one we had problems receiving mail. So we called USCIS to ask for a change of address and to request them to resend again the letter.

In the letter we received it say:

    Received Date: 1st Feb

    Notice Date: 10th Mach

Is our NOA1 - 10th of Mach, even if they received our case the 1st of Feb? I'm freaking out right now

  2. Hello!
I find this topic extremely useful! Thanks for sharing!

In my case, just to make it a little more complicated. I work for a US company, they offered me the option of work from home during my EAD.
It is a huge multinational, the Spanish headquarters are the ones paying me in my spanish bank account...

But due the size and importance of the company, I wonder if this can be a problem.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks!!

  3. We also sent screenshot of Instagram and Facebook posts.
And also, not sure if this will help at all, still in our NOA1, we sent statements of friends and family explaning when and where they spent time with us, with a wet signatura. E.g: My dad telling we spend Christmas Dinner at their house, a collgue of my bf work telling we went together to his b-day party...

  4. Hello team!
We are gathering all the next papers, just to be ready. And we have a big question regarding the i-134 affidavit of support. We both are living in Spain, so the income of my boyfriend (the US citizen) will not count. I have a bank account that my family put together for me in case of emergency, with a lot of fonds, only my dad and I have access to the account. The account is in a Spanish bank. Could we present that as our, or his, assets?

    Thanks a lot!!!!

  5. So we called last night and finally found out why we have not received the letter. We live in Spain, and they don't send letter abroad  lol

I do not know if that information appears anywhere, but we did not see it! We have changed the address to her sister's in US. And we have been told that they are forwarding the letter,  we have also been assured that this does not imply any delay in the process (really hoping is true)

    What a stupid mistake!! lol

  6. @David&Femke we are in the same situation! we received the email saying that our case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS California Service Center on Mon, Feb 6th. The check has been cashed but we havent received the hard copy in the mail... if by the 3rd we havent received de letter we will have to call... but i'm scared we might have this problem with more "important" things :(
