It is still a little early for the 16th.  It looks like the processing has been 1st through 10th so far, so the 16th cant be far off.

Being a February 8 filer, I am excited to see at least 2 approvals with the same timeline that I have!!

Approved!!!!! Exactly 90 days according to the app. USCIS App (Android) still says received.

After seeing all the fretting about delays, I really wasn't even hopeful that it would come until early June. I can't believe it! Maybe there was really no delay that affected us Feb filers! I think the original VJ estimate was this week (it had recently shifted out to the last week of May).
 
My fiance is actually arriving tomorrow to visit me in the US - he will be staying until July 9, but in the meantime we will collect all the paperwork and get the medical and interview scheduled for shortly after he returns to his country. We're not worried because it will take 2-4 weeks for the NVC to receive the case, then another week or two for the case to get sent to the embassy. We can't schedule the interview/medical without the NVC number, right? So it should all work out without much extra delay, if any at all. Everything should be ready for our October 2 wedding!!!
 
Anybody know about the police records? Do we both need to get them separately, or just the beneficiary? If he lived in the US for more than 6 months total, but not 6 consecutive months, do we still need to get US police records for him? If I lived in multiple states as an adult, do I need to get them from multiple states? If there's nothing on our record, do we still need to get records? Thanks!

Well that is the official line from USCIS, but we know that many cases in January and February 2017 have been processed.  

There's some sort of logical triangle of fast, cheap and good as relating to jobs and maybe other things...
 
Fast and cheap but not good.
Cheap and good but not fast.
Good and fast but not cheap.
 
In the government's case, as it relates to immigration. They don't fall into any of the categories. It's not good, fast or cheap. It's just a steaming pile of poo.
 

I read something a few days about about USCIS having to go back to an older system because the "new" one was full of bugs.  I would love to know if this is what caused the online systems to stop reporting.  
 
Two things the government cannot do is fast and cheap.

I know what you mean... I dont get to see my fiance often enough, and have only seen our 2 year old son twice in person.  Luckily get to see them both everyday online.
