If you have lived in those countries in the past  (you are no longer a resident there) the certificate has "unlimited validity". If you are getting a police certificate from a country you are currently residing in, should be a recent one.

He's skipping insurance for a music festival? I'm not one to judge, but that shows a severe lack of priorities. Health insurance should definitely come before a music festival.

I am from Japan, lived in Netherlands in the past. Both places were safer compared to US. 
If I get visa and move to US, I think my fiance's insurance can cover me as well until I get a job.
Hearing him getting huge amount of bills just make me worry. (10mins of hospital visit cost 200 usd, dental cost 2000usd etc)
As Japanese who been to Europe, I've never seen this kind of system nowhere and its insane...
He recently had kidney stone, costed 6000usd (insurance covered..) and it already went to collection...
 

Not to be rude or anything but I believe your question was answered numerous times during this whole discussion.  Let me summarize again what people are saying and what you need to do:
A) Do not travel to the US even though you booked your ticket.  It is not wise and you would jeopardize your right to travel to the US in the future, for any reasons.
B) Contact your Embassy and check to see if the K1 visa has been cancelled.
C) If your visa above is not cancelled, ask the Embassy how you can it cancel it or what the steps are to get it cancelled.
 
There's no ifs and buts about your situation and no further discussion needs to arise from this.  If you're not in a relationship, there is no reason for you to trust your ex about what he said.  You need to inquire yourself and not base it on what your ex-fiance said.  Simple as that and sorry to be blunt about it.

You'd think paying for her AOS would be more appropriate than spending the money on a wedding ceremony.. but to each his own.. I take it this process isn't very important to the two of you at this point since your priorities are off and you haven't planned things out very well. My suggestion would be to cancel the K-1, get married and file for CR-1 whenever you're ready. That way she would at least have the possibility to work and travel once she enters the US.

Its 4months already today. T_T still no NOA2. NOA1 January 20 2017.  ugh!! Wheenn are we going to get our NOA2?? huhuhu

Hey guys, any other January filers still waiting for NOA2 (NOA1 24th here)? I've been pretty calm so far but honestly, its getting so frustrating. From their "We are working on November 15th cases" ridiculous answer to the online tracker not working, its getting pretty annoying. :/

I wish everyone here still waiting for NOA2 sees movement on their case soon.
 
With that being said, I feel like maybe we are stressing ourselves out by comparing our cases to previous data. It seems like there has been some tension lately. Yes, earlier filers were rather lucky in summer/fall of 2016, where NOA2 was taking around 1-2 months on average. However searching through these forums, there are many periods of time where NOA2 was taking up to 5 or 6 months, so these long waits, while frustrating, are not entirely unusual. It is disappointing to see many cases after yours being approved, and sure that might not be the most fair process, but it is what it is. Unless you are outside of the current 6 month processing timeline, there isn't much that can be done at the moment but wait. 
 
Anyway I think I'm just rambling to calm my pre-flight nerves. I'll be boarding the plane in a few hours to see my fiancé, and I really hope that when I land tomorrow, I will be able to see some approvals on this thread. Either way, we are all in this wait together. Good luck to everyone still waiting and thanks for keeping me and probably many other sane during this crazy journey.
