Congratulations, I know we've swapped a few messages as we have similar timelines, so it's good to see you had your approval.
Thanks @Markip1, yes since I had interview done for I-485, I guess they processed it quick and glad its done, also might be due to my N-400 application also sent.

congratulations
Lets hope WAC moves as well, since first week I am seeing a message " We are scheduling your interview" which don't seem happening any soon; though, I have already filed N400. Fingers crossed
Since you filed before you got I-751 cleared, did you just send N-400 required docs or all the proof again related to marriage based proof documents.
I'm in the same situation, eligible for N-400, but debating to whether file N-400 right away or send it once Removal of conditions is approved.
Thanks in advance.

Greencard received today. May look into citizenship soon but for now we’re going to enjoy not stressing over immigration status! Good luck and one love to all!
Can you help us with your timeline so it will help us understand better.

Same here. LIN here and no movement since my fingerprints in September
I have a similar case like y'all, I filed on March 29th 2019, my case recently had a movement to move from Vermont office to Potomac office on Jan 23rd, 2020.
-
Its weird as the new website (https://my.uscis.gov/account/applicant) shows two status
a) Case Was Received At My Local Office
b) Case Transferred To Another Office
Anyone else seeing the same thing? I've seen people here saying its moved from Vermont to Potomac? does this mean our process is near completion?

It was actually transferred from Vermont to Potomac. Received the I-797C in the mail yesterday
🤷♂️
What did the new I-797 say, did they give move than 18 plus months extension or anything else?

EAC filer here, just got a text/email notification of my case being updated. Immediately checked on on egov.uscis.gov and got the following message:
Under next steps it says "We will prepare your case for officer review. If we need more information, we will notify you." Interestingly, this update isn't reflected on the my.uscis.gov site - still confusing to me why the two sites exist and seem so often to have conflicting information.
Anyway, will update here once I find out where the case has been transferred. Any other EAC/Vermont filers get this transfer message? This is my first update since biometrics were taken in April 2019.
I have received the same update here, EAC filer here
On January 22, 2020, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number EACXXXXXXXX, to another office for processing and sent you a transfer notice. The notice explains why we transferred your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by February 21, 2020, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

I was thinking the same, but then I tried looking on this website its updated: https://my.uscis.gov/account/
Mine now says
August 29, 2019
Fingerprint Review Was Completed
As of August 29, 2019, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number EACXXXXXXXXX, at our Unknown location. We will let you know if we make a decision or need anything from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Check with this link https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do NOT https://myaccount.uscis.gov/. You will see your case's status
Yes I've checked here, even though my biometrics are done on May 6th 2019, it still says case is recieved dated April 3rd 2019, hence my question.
Do I need to bother about this or just keep waiting.

My online status finally correctly states the Nov 14 2019 date for the Fingerprint Review Completed status, as opposed to the original Sept 20 2019 date.
Did you check up with them for Status change or it automatically change?
Coz I submitted on 3/29, received on 4/3 and did biometrics on 5/6. My online update still only says "Your case is received"? Do I need to do anything for this or just let it be.
-
Hey guys,
I did my fingerprints on May 6th 2019, but still my online status is still showing "Your case was received" EAC number from April 3rd 2019. Should I be worried? As there is no other update from USCIS.
I also went for an INFOPASS appointment after (which was regarding travel, even the officer there mentioned sometimes, online updates are not up to date)
would love to know your thoughts.
Thanks,
Varun

Welcome back! ☺️
This sounds promising. Thank you so much! Hope Delhi officials are as efficient as the ones at Mumbai! 😅
Take care!
Yes dont worry. Just present your expired GC and passport first always. when they ask its expired, just present them the 18 mo. extension letter.
you should be fine. Have a good trip. Tc.

Thank you again.
The problem is not the flight/check in part per se -- it is the Customs Authorities (in Delhi Airport) that grant the clearance to pass, is what happens to worry me. So booking a direct flight won't matter if he cannot convince the Delhi Customs Authorities that the I-797 is an official document. He won't even be able to get to the gate where his plane is.
I saw the processing times can be 18 months...but let us see what happens in a few months.
Wishing you a speedy and safe return.
Hi There @amul I traveled back yesterday with my G.C (expired) plus extension letter (18 mos). There was no problem from Mumbai officials. they were aware of it and let me go smoothly.
Also when I landed in US, it was easy as I have Global Entry and I spoke to an officer who helped updating my date for another 18 months. All in all its all good.

Thank you so much for the reply and I am very sorry to hear about your Dad. Hope all is well with him now. 🙏
He will fly with Emirates via Dubai, I checked with Emirates and know that they accept the I-797 accompanied with an expired GC and valid passport, but what we worry about is the check in process via Delhi. The Indian customs officers while boarding to be exact. What if one refuses to accept this...then what? 🥺
Hi there. Thanks for the response. Hopefully it will be okay. I was worried too mainly from indian officials. Tricky but it I think they will be fine. If at all three don’t let your husband fly. Best is to book a direct flight to US from India.
Once i I complete my trip I will certainly post here.

What did you end up doing? My husband is planning on going to India for a few weeks (with Emirates) and reading all these stories made us nervous. We just got the I-797 NOA and his GC expired a few days ago. The I-751 was received 2 days before his GC expired. My gut says not to travel, but with long waits, I feel badly for him.
I’m actually in India right now. Had to travel to meet my dad who’s been sick. I just took my expired GC, I-797 NOA and valid passport. I’ll be back via United Airlines direct flight from bombay to Newark. I canceled my Europe layover flight.

Hello,
My husband and I applied for removal of conditions I-751 in March 2019, our interview is in 2 days.
We previously got scheduled for an interview in August, but then received a letter that it got cancelled and about 2 weeks later got another one scheduled.
Any tips for interview? What to expect?
We are in Massachusetts.
Thanks!
That’s super fast. Congrats. Where did you guys send the application.
Only advice would be take all documents from March onwards to present and go normal. I think you guys should be fine.

I had added a spreadsheet for Vermont filers please fill this out:

I see a lot of the MSC filers who are getting responses are CR1 category of GC, and others on CR-6, what is the difference and do they have different I-751 timelines?

Yes for sure I can say that or consider it pure co-incidence. My N400 application checks were cashed on May 8th and May 11th my ROC was approved. :)
