Thanks for doing that. I've filled in my details.
As an aside, are any EAC filers able to locate their case if they search here? https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/
My Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered, but I can find my case on https://myaccount.uscis.gov/ it just hasn't updated since it changed to 'We received your case, You do not need to do anything at this time, We will let you know if we need anything else from you as we continue to review your case.'
My case status literally hasent changed even after fingerprints etc. not sure if its expected to change or not.
Case Was Received
On April 3, 2019, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number EACXXXXXXXXX, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by May 3, 2019, contact the USCIS Contact Center at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Hello All,
I have created a spreadsheet for all EAC Vermont Service Center filers for I-751 for April 2019.
Feel free to fill the dates so we have a gauge of timelines.

Best of luck to all

Guys one question, recently read on https://www.uscis.gov/workload-transfers
that cases from EAC have been moved to Potomac Center on May 6th, 2019, wondering if anyone has got a notification of case transfer or do we not know if they will even tell us if its moved.
coz Potomac center process in 11-14 months
Vermont does it in 15-19 months. It might help to know where our case is actually being processed no?

Hi everyone! Just another update. My status changed today to Interview was scheduled! That's exactly three months from my NOA1 Approval Date. I haven't received the Interview Notice in the mail but I'm assuming I'm scheduled within the next two weeks. My local office is Guam (which is not busy at all). I will update you all after my interview
Updated Timeline:
Package sent: March 14
Package received: March 20
NOA1 Approval Date: March 25
Received NOA1: April 6
Biometrics: April 25
Fingerprint Review Completed: April 30
Case is Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview: June 19
Interview was scheduled: June 25
MSC Service Center
Thats awesome! Good luck with your interview.

Im sorry yes, with the I-797 letter, my friend was not allowed to board a Luftansa as Luftansa folks said they dont recognize the letter as the GC card itself is expired.
Not sure if any other person has faced this issue!
-
Do USCIS give Wet Ink I-551 stamp for travel, as my friend was not allowed to board a Luftansa flight from Mumbai to US because they were having the I-797 NOA extension letter as proof of valid Green card.

I still have not received any biometrics. All we got was a text of the extension. But no mail that it was extended. Should I be worried? It’s June now.
I know a friend who filed at SRC, they are mostly re-using old biometrics. so you might get a letter that they wont even need a new BM appointment. but keep a tab on it.

Just to summarize based on responses by Service centers: please correct me if I'm wrong
Vermont Service Center (EAC) - Biometrics done for most but no movement after that
National Benefits Center (MSC) - Most people have for interview requests already (within 2 months of submission?)
Texas Service Center (SRC) - Most people have not heard anything since submission, not even bio-metrics request (from my experience, SRC uses old bio-metrics so you guys should not worry)
California Service Center (WAC) - I've not heard many people submitted from WAC here, please respond whats the latest if your application went here.
Potomac Service Center (YSC) - I've not heard many people submitted from YSC here, please respond whats the latest if your application went here.
I recently saw an update on workload transfers by USCIS: https://www.uscis.gov/workload-transfers
They have moved a lot of Vermont I-751 cases to Potomac Service center, have a look.

This may be an issue with the transit airport, they sometimes have different requirements in lieu of transit visas. It really does depend on the specific airline and routing.
I mean I called Air France and also checked the French Visa website they say Indians don't require ATV anymore.
https://www.schengenvisainfo.com/news/indians-no-longer-require-airport-transit-visa-in-france/
But I'm still skeptical, and might re-route my Return flight via Abu Dhabi (Ethiad Airways), let me know if anyone faced this via France, Ive heard about Germany in all the cases I know about.

That is really frustrating....was getting an I-551 stamp in the passport not an option before travel? Seems like it would be safer to have the stamp than just the extension letter.
Is this still a problem, my friend today literally called and told me the same thing, they did not allow him to board from Mumbai via Frankfurt to US.
I have Air France tickets booked for Mumbai via Paris to Washington Dulles, I called Air France they are saying I dont need any ATV or I will be allowed to board, now I am really not sure what to do.
Is there anyone else who can help with this?

We also haven't had any online update since his bio on 5/7. I'm not worried about it yet--I expect everything to move super slow. Just make sure you hang onto the stamped paper as proof you went to your bio appointment as scheduled, in case they mess up and say you didn't.
We still have not received any update since my biometrics on 5/6. No change in status saying Fingerprints received (EAC No so Vermont center). Is it this slow for everyone at this center. ?

You did biometrics around the same time as my hubby. Maybe your status will update soon as well. Although, my thought is that CR-1 cases are getting done quicker than Adjustment of status cases.
When did you guys send your package. Thanks awesome. How many days since sending your package?

Filed 3/29
sms 4/8
checks cashed 4/9

Hey guys. If at all they don’t want new biometrics. How do they communicate it that they are using our old ones.
Since 4/11 NOA I have not received anything.

Notice Date: 3/4/19
Sent to: Phoenix, AZ
Says California Service Center on my I-797 NOA
Received 18-month GC extension
After that, nothing. Haven’t received biometrics yet...
Cool, in the same boat. Makes me feel better now. Nothing since 4/11 after NOA I-797(18 month extension).

They normally come within a day or two from eachother, but some ppl dont get bio letter as uscis will use their existing fingerprint.
Thanks Vitran, do we need to worry as 18 Mo extension letter suffices for now anyways.
-
We have just got the 18 mo extension letter on 4/11.
No biometrics yet. What’s the usual ETA of biometrics letter after NOA1?
