Thank you for all your help and scan runs while we were waiting for the I-129F process (January '17 filer).

You seem so knowledgeable on this site and I have reached my wits end on searching for accurate information. 😣 I have come to find out that this relationship has been a sham for the past 3 years. 😔

May you please direct me to any resources to ensure that I am notifying the proper departments and won't squander my "in-person" time? 

We got married in June '17, filed AOS in July....interview has been scheduled for this Tuesday. Although I was unable to get an annulment, my divorce should be finalized this month as well. 

I want to ensure that he is flagged for fraud & hopefully won't do this to anyone else. Not including all the money I spent during our courtship (travel expenses, gifts, K1 fees, etc.) as that was sincere to he & his family, he has swindled and stolen $40k from me since his arrival last May. 

Another concern is my response to these harassing creditors. This whole situation has put me on the brink of bankruptcy. The expenses he has under his name but my SS#, I've come to the conclusion that i'll have to take an "L" and dig my way out over the next 5 yrs. ={ Do you know if there are any rights for Petitioners? I heard even if he gets deported, I may have to foot the bill. Uuuugh.

Any clarification, knowledge, assistance or even redirection is greatly appreciated. I would like to be as prepared as I was for the Embassy interview.
