USAjune2016 reacted to payxibka in Expired passport on I-751 pending. Plz help
Nonsense, the airline must validate that the individual has the proper documentation to seek entry at their final destination. Many if not most countries will admit there own citizens even if their passport had expired.

USAjune2016 reacted to Philly2017 in I-751 December 2018 Filers
@USAjune2016 @cookiemonsta
You can also update and follow the below for Vermont filers:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1jVho_Qwk2bcBH0inr2GXb7ANFR3z6kee7dDewDyBPak/edit?usp=sharing
I’ve seen a February 2019 Vermont filer getting approved (no transfer, no RFE, no interview, no N-400 filing), but I’m assuming this is only random at this point.

Im in the same position. I have not seen many people with Vermont location getting approved yet so who knows. I filed December 20th so i still have a few weeks/months to wait.

USAjune2016 got a reaction from Kiolas in I-751 December 2018 Filers
I would be more concerned about the Biometric appointment rather than the extension letter, I received the Biometric appointment letter before receiving the second extension letter. I believe it worth calling them to see if they sent the biometric letter or not. I don't know why they don't send an online notification or status once they set u a bio appointment.

I received a text and an email with Receipt # last night 12/26/18 around 4pm. The email suggest not to check case status online until after receiving the letter by mail. My file is on the way to Vermont.

USAjune2016 reacted to Suss&Camm in Medical exam again in less than 1 year??
If that will make you sleep at night then so be it You should know though, that if you show them everything and it's logical and according to rules and guidelines they will listen. You can point to the dates and you can show a copy of your medical. The ONLY thing is really if they lost it, cause then your copy won't do. They want it sealed. That's why I advised on getting another sealed copy.
They make mistakes too, but they don't ignore blatant facts when you present them to them in person.
Whatever you choose, I wish you luck

If you needed a new medical due to the other one being old, it would say it was outdated. I've seen that before..
I hope that helps

I suppose there is the possibility (not likelyhood but possibility) that they in fact lost the i.693. Perhaps you can go to the doctor's office and ask them to seal another copy for you to bring. Explain that you think they might have lost it due to the notice.

I would go over that copy up and down and make absolutely sure I am not missing anything... and if I found that everything was signed properly I would bring the copy to the interview.
Did you look at the dates that you and the CS signed it? You signed it together right? I know that you are not allowed to sign at an earlier date.
That said, that's what I would do, I trust my judgement. If you don't trust yours then maybe you should have another medical. It's your case and you need to decide whatever you are comfortable with.

Well, seems to me that you need to go back to your doctor's office and ask to look over that it was filled in correctly.
