  1. I'm about to file I-90 (application to replace permanent resident card) and even though I did read the instructions on the USCIS website, I'm quite confused about several questions.

To make things clear, I do have a 10 year green card (long story short: K1 visa in 2014, AOS in 2015, ROC in 2017, got 10 yr green card in 2018 - see my timeline).

    Anyway, onto the questions.

    Part 1. ,

    14. Class of Admission - what do I write here, CF1 or IF1? CF1 was on my 2 yr conditional green card, IF1 is on my 10 yr green card.

    15. Date of Admission - is this the "Resident since" date on my green card? Or is it the date when my 10 yr green card was issued?

    Part 3.,

    1. Location where you applied for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status: I came to the U.S. with a nonimmigrant visa (K1) so this question is about my AOS. What do I write here?

Chicago Lockbox (I believe this is where I mailed the package)

or  National Benefits Center in Lee's Summit, MO (this is where my green card was produced) or Kansas City, MO (my local USCIS office where I had my fingerprint appointment)?

    2. Location where your immigrant visa was issued or USCIS office where you were granted adjustment of status:

What do I write here? My local USCIS office is in Kansas City, MO but I never had an AOS interview because it was waived, I only went there once to get my fingerprints taken. My green card was sent from National Benefits Center in Lee's Summit, MO.

    Thank ou for answering!

Hello , october 2017 filer here. I recieved the same notice too,

"On February 27, 2018, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WACXXXXX , at your local office. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschangeto give us your new mailing address."

Am i the latest applicant? I submitted oct and most of your guys applied before 2017?

Nope, there are November 2017 and December 2017 applicants who also received the same notice.

    Well I got this now:

On February 26, 2018, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WACXXXXXXXXXX, at your local office. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Seems like almost everyone is getting this message. Btw this is the receipt number of the NOA1, the second one still says we received your form CRI-89 blah blah. :D

    Same here!

Are you guys going to file for citizenship this year as well? Just a quick question, if we filed for citizenship and got called in for an interview before I751 approved. Do both of us have to appear for the interview or just the beneficiary? If filed after approval of I751, is it interview for both or just beneficiary?

Yep, I will! I will become eligible on June 26th.

Very strange this inconsistency over use of previous fingerprints and biometrics.

We all followed a similar time line in the first round of fingerprints and biometrics for the original 2 year Green Card.

So now two years later . . . how can some of the fingerprints and bios be 'out of date' and need be repeated (as most of us have already done) . . . and yet others such as Anna's be 'OK for current reuse?'

I have absolutely no idea why this happens either. Based on what I have read in other threads, it is totally random and there is no consistency or reasoning behind it. I have waited more than 6 months for my bio appt letter so personally I'm glad that I don't have to keep calling every other month and constantly having to worry about it.

Nope, can’t demand to see GC if you decide to provide other acceptable proof (usually driver’s license and unrestricted ss card).

Thank you. If I'm correct, this falls under the category of "document abuse".

    As per the site above:

    • reject documents that reasonably appear to be genuine and relate to the employee
