My husband (the USC) and I (the green card holder) are getting ready to file for ROC. We want to include a Medical Power Of Attorney in our package for both of us. Our state (Missouri) requires us to have it notarized, and signed by 2 witnesses. Our bank can do the notarization.
I have heard of Legalzoom being mentioned on this site, I checked it out and it is indeed pretty cheap to make a MPOA, but our budget is pretty tight for the moment, so my question is, is it okay to use free forms? I googled Medical Power Of Attorney Missouri and a lot of sites came up that offered free forms, but I wasn't sure which is legit and which isn't? How can I make sure? Is there a site where there are reliable forms?
