Printer paper is fine. Making a ms word doc is easy, just paste the pictures there and write down the description, dates, locations, people in it, etc, following the picture, print them, that’s it.

Today I received the NOA stating that my Green Card is extented for 18 months from the expiration date of my current Green Card. I had attached a photo album (with soft cover from Shutterfly) as supporting document and they sent it back saying that they cannot use that format in my file.

That's a quick response from USCIS, which is great. When is the biometrics appointment?

My case was received at the Arizona Lockbox location on Jan 10th, but I hadn't received a NOA yet, so I called on February 6th. They started a case for me, and today (Feb 15) I finally received an email that they're going to "resend" the NOA. Obviously they didn't send it the first time. But they say they did and now they are "resending" it. The bright side is that the email gave me my Receipt number, which I did not have to look my case up online due to never having received a receipt!

The below list should help
1. New I-751 form duly filled.
2. Cover letter mentioning why the I-751 was sent back by USCIS due to CC issue.
3. Mention how the issue is now rectified by paying with a Check instead of CC.
4. Keep all the same supporting documents, if need be add something more if you want.
This should help. There won't be any RFE because they aren't requesting for any evidence, this is a case of rejection of CC pure and simple. Don't fret over it.. Just do it correctly this time.

Well as of today, I never received any electronic notification despite the inclusion of the proper document BUT as of yesterday 2/15 my credit card was charged. I guess I will call Monday to try to get a case number. Our ROC was delivered 2/13 to Dallas.

Agree. You should receive your letter before you travel.

Sorry to hear that your application was rejected. @Christiannic might have some suggestions as their application was rejcted since they sent it before the ROC window and they had to resend it.

Some people get quick responses but many don't. Try not to get stressed, it can easily take 2 weeks. In addition you will get a regular mail notification if you don't get an electronic email. If I were you I probably wouldn't call again until Wed the 21st at the earliest. It's not like we can increase time speed of the application. You can review your submission copies to ensure you spelled email correctly, signals is in place, your fees are correct etc..

Hi @Lip Gallagher I understand you’re feeling anxious. But remember it’s not even been a week since our application was submitted. Check your bank account to see if the check is cashed and call USCIS in a week if nothing happens. Hopefully you should get confirmation soon. Best wishes!

They did not cash my check yet. I'll update when they do. Since you did not request email or txt notification, you might have to wait and see if your check is cashed which is indication that your case is being processed. Keep us updated and wish you good luck.

I just received a text message from USCIS with the following message "Your case was received. Receipt # EACxxxxxxxx. Official receipt notice (Form I-797) to follow in mail". I guess my case was transferred to Vermont Service Center.
Timeline:
Jan 26, 2019: ROC window opened
Feb 06, 2019: ROC application sent to Lewisville, TX
Feb 08, 2019: ROC reached USCIS office
Feb 13, 2019: Text message received with receipt # EACxxxxxxxxx
