My pkg was delivered today btw, and also shows as just 'Delivered' and also being available. But my wife did confirm that indeed for k-1 visa it did say available for pickup. Who knows who decides that haha.

That's normal. It's in the Lockbox, which means someone comes to pick it up. Normal process. I had same notice with K-1 paperwork. 👨‍🚀

    Above and beyond.

If you're sending IRS transcripts, really no need for other tax related stuff, but up to you!
  10. Thanks

As I mentioned to @Dmitry07 I’m not saying birth certificates of children are useless, they of course have value.  I was simply stating, from experience in a law firm that processes immigration matters, that a child isn’t the same strength as something financial.

If 2 parents get divorced, one does not gain financially bc of the child.  If 2 homeowners divorce, the financial aspect of the home comes into play.

@Dmitry07‘s evidence is quite strong on its own, so I wouldn’t be worried, but just pointing out the fact any 2 people can have a baby, but I wouldn’t deed out ownership to my home to someone I wasn’t confident in the relationship with.

Again, just an observation from experience

Hows does this look? Just so won't create another thread:

Joint Bank Accounts (Monthly statements) Joint Credit Cards (Authorized User, Quarterly Statements, Copy of Actual Credit Cards showing same card number) Joint Tax Returns (IRS Transcripts for two years showing filing jointly) Joint Medical Insurances (health, dental, vision, prescription card?, bill from hospital for child birth) Wife/child listed as Beneficiaries on 401k/life Child Birth Certificate - certified; paper from pediatrician showing both as parents
Car Insurance showing two cars, both drivers primary and insured Both names on recently sold car's title/registration (was recently sold, but still) Driver's licenses showing the same address Utility Bill showing both names on mailing, but mine only on acct Notarized affidavits Some proof of travel together Various photos together during the time frame
Also @missileman, definitely do monthly bank statements! Quarterly are ok for CC only to show activity.

Looks good based on what I have researched in the past weeks! The joint apt/home is a pretty strong one!
We don't have that, as I've owned my house prior to marriage, but we have a child, so equals out, haha!
