Basic questions about the application, followed by civics test, followed by reading (on a tablet) and writing (on a tablet). All of that was followed by additional yes/no questions about the application (were you ever doing anything illegal, etc)

Hi all, we filed in April and received electronic notification this morning that my husband will be scheduled for his biometrics. We are waiting for the formal document that will tell us when and where but should get that in a few days. I know there’s been talk about skipping over biometrics If you already have on file but it’s not the case for us. Either way I’m happy that there’s some movement for this! 

To anyone with current visas who are eligible to enter US, Aeroflot does some flights from Moscow to New York. Next flight is scheduled for May 30th, you can book the ticket on their website.

I called Aeroflot couple of days ago, and they said as long as you can book the flight (and you can on their website at this moment), then you should be good to go.

I've had my eye on Turkish Airlines and hoped that it might have been an option for my fiance to get to the US before June 21. But no...Turkish Airlines just pushed out their date to resume commercial flights, and the US is NOT on the list of countries that they plan to fly to in June.

Great find! Seems like out of those initial cities only AUS works as a transit to US, since can't go through Europe

Seems most Euro countries say no one can enter. But does transit (simply changing planes @ airport) count as "entering" ?

This site has a list of travel restrictions by country, and includes whether transit is allowed. But it would always be best to double check with a government source before you travel.

I see sporadic comments about which airlines still fly (or play to re-open flights soon) to the US or which countries are allowed to travel from (even transit). Has there been a thread to track all that information? Would probably be helpful to all who are trying to get to the US during this travel ban.

For those in Chile and Brazil, LATAM is flying the SCL-MIA & GRU-MIA routes during May with six weekly frequencies.

Seems like covid-19 is also trying to get citizenship..illegally.
