    Sending my package tomorrow morning with the above documents. I'm freaking out that I forgot something.
    Will make sure that the address and the amount don't change tomorrow, but I'm planning to send the package to:

    USCIS
    P.O. BOX 21200
    Phoenix, AZ 85036

    with $680 check in it.

    Good luck everyone!

    Thanks for the reassurance. A 2 week wait is gonna be a disaster for my anxiety but I’ll try to stay calm.

    I have sent off my paperwork yesterday and it is supposed to arrive, through FEDEX tomorrow morning.
    I put this off for quite some time and stressed about the evidence not knowing if what I provided was enough but I ended up not sending too much.

    We shall see how this goes and how long the wait time really will be.

    My package is expected to get delivered by FedEx October 15 at Arizona facility.

    My greencard is expiring November 13 2020.

    I kept it simple and included:
    -5 pictures
    - Copies of our documentation (GC, Passports, licence)
    - tax return 2018 + 2019
    - copy of court marriage
    - W2 of work
    - Joint energy bill statement (last month)
    - Joint phone bill statement  (last month)
    - Joint Life Insurance
    - Flight tickets to Hawaii, Europe and India
    - Joint Bank Account (last month)
    - Joint credit card statement. (last month)

    I also included form G-1450 and G-1145 with processing fee of $680 Dollars.

    you have time starting from 10/7 to submit your paperwork until your greencard expires. Usually the sooner the better.

    I think this one i believe is for attachment pages like photos and other stuff that doesn't show your name on it. I did this actually during our AOS because we had to fill out 2 AOS form for my daughter and submit different evidence.

    We did submit what they asked for in the instructions (except for the affadavits which only seem to be required if you don't have enough of everything else):

    Evidence of the Relationship

    Submit copies of documents indicating that the marriage upon which you were granted conditional status was entered in “good faith” and was not for the purpose of circumventing immigration laws. Submit copies of as many documents as you can to establish this fact, to demonstrate the circumstances of the relationship from the date of the marriage to the present date, and to demonstrate any circumstances surrounding the end of the relationship, if it has ended.

    The documents should include, but are not limited to, the following examples:

    1. Birth certificates of children born during the time of this marriage, if any;
    2. Lease or mortgage contracts showing joint occupancy and/or ownership of your communal residence;
    3. Financial records showing joint ownership of assets and joint responsibility for liabilities, such as joint savings and checking accounts with transaction history, complete joint Federal and State tax returns, insurance policies that show the other spouse as the beneficiary, joint utility bills, or joint installment or other loans. If applicable, submit copies of military Leave and Earnings Statements showing receipt of Basic Allowance for Quarters (BAQ) with family members and/or Form DD-1172 for military family member identification cards;
    4. Other documents that you consider relevant to establish that your marriage was not entered for the purpose of evading U.S. immigration laws; and
    5. Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by at least two people who have known both of you since your conditional residence was granted and have personal knowledge of your marriage and relationship. (Such persons may be required to testify before an immigration officer as to the information contained in the affidavit.) The original affidavit must be submitted and also contain the following information regarding the person making the affidavit: his or her full name and address; date and place of birth; relationship to you or your spouse, if any; and full information and complete details explaining how the person acquired his or her knowledge. Affidavits must be supported by other types of evidence listed above.

    I thought my file was fairly skimpy compared to the September filers packages - I  have only included a selection of bank statements etc rather than every statement from the marriage to now.  Just trying to cover the bases so that we lessen the chance of getting an RFE.

    Thankfully the next step after this one looks like FAR less paperwork!  Roll on citizenship...

    A. I don't think its matter who signed the cover letter because i have friends that they signed their cover and there is also thay their spouse(us citizen) signed it.

    To our cover letter though,me and my husband put our both names under our cover letter and we signed it.
    A. Who are you referring ROC spouse? The US citizen or the one that need their condition remove?
    Either way,we didn't put any names on top of our evidence documents because most of the evidence shows both our names.
    A. Send COPIES only, unless they ask for original.

    I filed my I-751 today. I used the divorce waiver since we got divorce due to abusive relationship.

    I will say that I payed the fees that are posted on the website ($595 + Fingerprint), I hope it is okay.
    I also attached: the form itself, a cover letter (9 page long), joint health insurance, our lease contract together, joint car insurance, joint bank account, a statement from a psychologist I saw, one affidavit of support, some receipts and 15 photos of us with family.

    I hope I did not mess up the fees since I did not know they were going to increase.
    And I hope I get a response soon, My GC expires on December 2020.

    Must mean it's time to remove the conditions on my green card !! :D
    They received my petition on the 22nd September (notice date and $680 fee take on Sep 25th).

    My conditional resident status has "been extended for 18 months".

    Now it's a looong waiting game!!! :/
