On March 27th my husband took his oath as a US Citizen. He opted to get his name change. Although his new name appears on his naturalization form, we're more than a month out of his ceremony has not received the N-662 proof of a name change document, although he received the Naturalization certificate immediately.

Just passed my interview this morning in St Louis MO. Now to wait for oath!

Hi all, I've got my interview coming up in a few weeks in St Louis MO. I am wondering if anyone knows if st louis is now offering same day oath ceremonies? I stumbled upon someone saying they had just started in the late fall but I cannot find the post again. I appreciate any insights!

It still says 5 months until case successfully completed.

So here I go, filed my N400 online on december 25th, 2020 and so far I only got the NOA letter. I am still waiting for the biometrics. I am really annoyed this process is taking longer than what it used to take. If they are going to reuse the biometrics they should inform people a week after and not make them wait for 8 months. 

Hi! I'm in St Louis too, I filed on jan 1st 2021 and went in for biometrics last week. Have you had any updates on your case?

At my end, no news since I filled. Just the receipt notice. Nothing on the site, no other documents, and nothing arrived by mail. I filed online.

Yes mine says the same thing! My estimated case completion date is July 2021.

what evidence did you put for the N400 and what specifics does it need for it?

 

I watched Youtube vids on this but the N400 is very confusing to me compared to the other filings.

Hi there! For evidence I added exactly what it asked to upload, 3 years of tax returns, our marriage certificate along with translation, a few copies of bank statements through the last few years, car and health insurance info, our current lease and previous one, and pictures from our trips over the years.

I have filed on 1/3 but it was rejected because of the payment issue. I reapplied on 1/10 and so far so good. Btw, the cost went up by it was blocked by the judge and USCIS is charging still old costs.

Hi, my case was not transferred, it was sent to MSC from the beginning. I applied for naturalization this weekend once I received the 10 year GC.

Our interview is scheduled for Dec. 22, however I am eligible to submit N-400 starting Dec. 10. Should I go ahead and submit N-400 before ROC interview or wait until after interview?  I am afraid interview will be postponed until citizenship application is processed and so it will be a combo interview. Any suggestions?

Our case got updated to Interview Ready to be Scheduled on 10/21 and today (11/6) we received the alert that the Interview has been scheduled and we will be receiving the letter soon with our date. Surprised with our quick that was, I was ready for another 8+ months wait.
