I see VJ  current processing timelines (based on VJ member data) says NSC: December 26, 2016. So this makes me wonder how accurate are VJ data. I am certain that December 26, 2016 is a national public holiday in the US (Christmas day in lieu) so there is no way USCIS would have received any I-130 application on that day. So how accurate are they really and which VJ members actually entered Dec 26 as their NOA1?

 

Meanwhile any approvals from anyone/mobile apps etc this week so far?

I was wondering too why it's been so quiet here... VJ data is slightly off as there are still

many November filers waiting. PD nov 29

I sent my I-130 from Japan to the Chicago Lockbox on 11/25. I got my NOA 1 on 12/31. 

 

So far I have heard nothing since then and I've checked my case status several times. 

 

Is anyone else still stuck in limbo at the I-130 stage?

YEs, nov 29 still waiting.

i dont understand how so many of us have been left behind and stuck in the "background check" stage yet so many mid and late december filers are somehow getting approved....

these mid december approvals are so frustrating!

November filer right here... Still waiting for NOA2 along with many other November filers.  

Wish they would finish with November filers!!!!

its frustrating seeing Nebraska approving mid december already while theres still so many of us november filers waiting...

Abu Dhabi is not a POE as it is not in the United States. 

Your POE is the first US airport you will arrive to.

Frustrating seeing cases after us being approved or even getting RFEs. Wish someone would at least look at ours!!!

My estimated NOA2 just moved even further! Frustrating.

It's been such a disappointing few weeks. The wait for the NOA2 is getting harder by the day.

For those that are still waiting to get the NOA2, do you guys think you'll be having the interview this year? I'm starting to feel like this process won't be over until early next year....

Nov 29th here.... the wait has become unbearable and having our expected NOA2 date moving further and further isn't helping. My husband left to the US today, we had been living together so far. Don't know when I'll be seeing him again.

this is getting ridiculous.....!
