August 22, 2016 filer. Checked case status online today, saw that I-751 was approved (i.e. card being produced) on December 21, 2017 (after interview on Dec 12, that was triggered because of N-400 application). Could somebody please update the list? Many thanks!

Thats good news! I guess I751 was approved first yesterday but didn't get updated until today. Would make the most sense.

Congrats, wow. I guess it is possible that applicants like me might still get 751 approved with 400 pending after all. I still think it varies from office to office.

You mean the new processing date based on reports here by our fellow bloggers? The official CSC updated processing times are still at 7/27. It is not abnormal as the majority of August filers are still waiting, it is just moving very very slowly unfortunately. Watch the space, there might be a new update in the next couple of days, my guess is CSC will be at 8/10 or something. It is very frustrating that it seems to have slowed down since they got to August and then it went back in time for a week??LOL  Oh well, I have literally given up my 751 because they probably have put mine on hold due to my pending 400, but for those of you who are just waiting for 751, it seems indefinite, it is just impossible to predict when CSC is going to start moving in a normal speed again. Fingers crossed, the goal post just keeps expanding. Maybe in general, it is just going to take 1 year and a half for August CSC filers, maybe it is more a realistic mental approach, just keep your hopes up and assume it is going to take about 18 months, that is only 2 more months, better days are coming, and if you get approved before that, it will be a pleasant surprise.

I honestly don't know. Since you filed your N-400, your end goal is citizenship anyway. You cut in line by filing this way since you never know when I-751 will be approved if you wait - and total wait time for N-400 is the same with combined or not.
 
For me, I stopped caring a while back and was pleasantly surprised when my ROC was approved as everything was pointing towards a combined I-751/N-400 file.. But CSC surprisingly refused to send my I-751 to NBC and approved instead - then sent over the file. I called Tier 2 multiple times and they kept saying that NBC had requested my I-751 to combine it - and literally a month later CSC still hadn't sent it.. I was frustrated with CSC not sending my file, but they said there's nothing I could do about it since it's all within normal processing time..

The majority of people complaining are not really complaining to receive emotional support, they complaint as they did 4 pages ago. All those posts go to those who follow this post with the hope to receive updates and good news, although you say this is what this thread is for, I tell you that for me (just one of those who follows) and for many others, we did not sign up to receive 10-15 emails of people saying
 
"Why is CSC so slow?"
"I have been waiting forever"
"There must be only one person working there"
"How long will they take?"
"VSC is a month ahead"
"This is taking way too long"
 
etc...
 
Those are not complaints, or at least not useful ones. My request for useful post was not to limit the freedom of some but to increase the quality of posts for all. Again, I will just unfollow this post because I don't find it useful. Everybody can check the CSC and VSC processing time and until they are past your NOA date, there is NOTHING to do.

GC-Date: The 'Resident Since' Date located on your first green card.
Sent: Date N-400 was mailed to USCIS.
Cashd: Date your check was cashed / credit card was charged by USCIS.

I'm sending off my citizenship application in two weeks!     But... Quick question!    
 
On Page 17 of 20 at "Applicant's Signature", there is a sentence of "Don't forget to sign!".    I can't delete the sentence so I signed next to it.  Is this okay?   
 
Since I can't delete the sentence and it's password protected, I have a feeling that I shouldn't try to delete it.  
 
Maybe it's supposed to be there to make an immigration (citizenship) officer's job easier?  

Sent in N400 package today. Was so big and heavy I didnt choose express - it was way expensive.. should be there by wednesday..

Everytime I want to file a service request for form I-751. It says this....
 
"You must select the Form Number associated to your Receipt Number. The Form Number you selected does not match our records for that Receipt Number."
 
I used this receipt number
 
"On August 3, 2016, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number #########"
 
What form did you used to file for the service request?

Hey everyone --  long time lurker, first time poster. Just wanted to let you all know that we received a letter stating that my wife's removal of conditions was approved! We got the approval in the mail on 7/11/17 - exactly one year after our NOA date. The notice says the date of decision was 7/3/17. Her biometrics was on 8/9/16 and we filed at VSC. Please add us to the list
 
We didn't receive a text or email notification of the approval, even though we signed up for it. Thank goodness for Informed Delivery (which I learned about through this forum). The online case status didn't change until today, and now states that her new card is being produced.

You should be able to apply for US citizenship because it's your choice to work or not.  
I mean if you're super rich (or retired), you don't have to work.  
If you're a housewife or househusband, you don't work.  
You may want to read https://www.uscis.gov/n-400 just to double-check your eligibility or ask this question in one of the N-400 filer groups!  

I think there's a way that you could still "file taxes" with zero income (obviously you won't owe anything) just so you can have the transcripts. Otherwise you can state in a cover letter that you don't have tax transcripts because you were not required to file, since you had no income. Did your wife file taxes as married filing separately or married filing jointly? If she filed "jointly" but with no income from you, your SSN will be on the return and you can submit that. You might also want to amend her taxes as married filing jointly (for that purpose).

They request the last three years of your tax return transcripts in your application package (I know... again!).    You may want to contact IRS now to request your 2016 tax return transcript since it takes 1-2 months for them to send it to you!
