Maybe spend some time focusing on what counts as evidence, you may have more than you think. Texts, photos, bank statements, leases/ mortgages, any bill that has both you names.
At this point I'm wondering what you aren't telling us, why are you so certain you will be deported?
Can you not meet the low threshold of entering into the marriage in good faith?
Do you not have any evidence of your time married?

Wow, yes that sounds an insanely high standard that only the most blatant fraud cases would achieve, really goes to show again how pointless the removal of conditions stage is.

On a side note, does the above mean any appeal of denial of a 751 to immigration court shifts the burden of proof firmly onto the states side, probably why so few 751 get denied?
