So here is my receipt notice. My eligibility date was December 5.
Notice Date was December 5. Receipt Date was December 4. Case status said, they received my application on December 5.
USCIS tier 1 says it will be denied. I dont know but im so confused. 😂😂. I had biometrics done and my current status says "We are actively reviewing your case".

I did the same thing filed 1 day before.
They returned my application to my attorney and filed again on Jan 14th
They did not return my application😞 or deny it right away.

I already called USCIS last week. Tier1 though. She said it will be denied for filing early.

Doesn't matter as you filed online.
Guess I'm just waiting for my letter of denial and just apply again. What do you think of applying another one as early as now?

I noticed the time stamp on our receipt notice by email was off by 5 hours (meaning 5 hours earlier than actual submittal). Someone previously was initially denied because of the same type situation from what I understand and took a lot of time and effort to fight it. That's why we waited until late evening time to submit on the day we became eligible. Many here on VJ have advised to wait a day or 2 after being eligible to submit the N400.
Thats the sad part. My receipt notice is December 4. My eligibility is December 5. Ive read this in the USCIS website. In what jurisdiction is PENNSYLVANIA under? I cant find it anywhere.

Did you use the uscis calculator to determine the 90 days?
I did. It says December 5. I was at work on the 4th, night shift. I saw it was 4am (December 5), So I decided to submit it. Received the receipt notice on email, dates December 4, 8:40pm. Like what on earth🤦🏽♀️😞
6 minutes ago, gregcrs2 said:You can still eventually get a denial letter for filing a day early. USCIS is very specific about it.
Now im wondering, dont we have to follow the timezone in our state when filing. 😞😞😞

no i don't have pending i751. i filed for the 90 days early, i also used the uscis calculator to make sure i didn't file too early as well
I filed a day early according to the USCIS when I called last week. I already had biometrics taken. I don't know what im waiting for, maybe a denial letter or what. I had to call because I was worried I filed early. 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

Hey! So, I am still awaiting update on my I-751 and I havent even done any biometric for it yet. I contacted them just now to reschedule biometric for my n-400 from December 17 to December 24 instead. They are very nice and scheduled both on the 24th! That wasn't bad except for waiting for them to answer the call (18 minutes waiting time).
Definitely worked out. Now I have off December 22 to December 25! ❤️😂

Yeah it might be different if you call. Last time we just ticked the box on the paper because I was out of the country.

USCIS have scheduled my biometrics appointment for 11am on Christmas Eve. Going to have to reschedule as I'm going to be down in Florida. What the heck USCIS it's Christmas!? Lol.
Im actually thinking of rescheduling mine on the 24th! Haha. So i can have reasons to get off work 3 days in a row😂😂.

Hey all, nice to be back here so we can all stress out together 😅
For those of you who have already filed online, did you download the pdf file like the website suggests, or did you file your form directly online? What’s the difference?
I filed my form directly online. I think its more convenient. It automatically add an extra page at the last page for travel/employment/residence in the past 5 years when I printed out the filed form.

Maybe a local office closest to you.... 🤔
It was already at the closest ASC. I asked on facebook page and they said they do that if you have i-751 pending and theyre prepping you for an interview. (Im not sure how reliable this is). I don't mind the interview since I havent had one since I got here in the US.

We are working on our extra evidence to submit with my husband's petition...hopefully a week from Wednesday. For those of you who have already submitted their petition, I have a few questions.
- Is there a file size limit for documents?
- We have bank statements, power bills, health insurance, etc from 2017-2019. Should I combined each category into one big file or separate them by year (bank statements 2017, bank statements 2018, bank statements 2019)?
- We are thinking of adding a couple of pictures, especially to show our adorable daughter. If any of you submitted pictures, did you send them as jpegs, in a word document, pdf, another format? For our ROC, we sent in PDFs with a few pics on several pages along with descriptions.
Thanks in advance! I can't wait to start this last part of our immigration journey.
Max file size is 6mb each file. I combined the monthly bank statement in 1 year (I only picked up quarterly statements), name them as Capital1 Monthly Statement for 2017, Credit Card Statements for 2018, etc etc, so they appear to have a title when you upload them. The system accepts jpeg, pdf, jpg, doc. I did take a photo of my husband's birth certificate and sent it as is because I forgot to scan it and I was at work. It accepted it on JPG form.

Thanks. I am assuming I will get option to pay online after I click on "submit" on the last page?
Yes you will. It will redirect you the payment site. After that, you will receive an email containing your receipt number (case number).

A couple of questions for those who filed (or about to file) online
1. Did you upload G-1450 in "evidence" section (if paying by credit card)?
2. Did you upload G-1145 in "evidence" section?
No.

I have a question in section to Name 5years travel without USA I dont have a space enough on those 5 lines, can I use more paper or Its only if you were stayed out from USA more then 6 months?
I think you can use more paper (as per instruction in filling it up the paper form). Also, you should put any place you travelled more than 24 hours outside the USA.

Thanks. A couple of more questions (assuming you filed online):
1. Did you upload G-1450 in "evidence" section?
2. Did you upload G-1145 in "evidence" section?
None of those. When you pay online, the uscis website directs you the payment site and send you a receipt right away. Under your profile with your case, you can edit how you want to get notified.

Sorry But I have one more question, I usually request Tax transcripts online from IRS and it comes maybe 3 pages only, is that what you submitted ? any 1040 or W2s?
I sent the tax transcripts from irs dot gov. No 1040 or w2s (i thought the transcript would show all of our income together, and also showed we filed as married😇).

I've filed a day early and my case was accepted. Biometric rescheduled (From December 17 into 24th, to January 9) and was done on January 9, 2020. Now it says my interview was scheduled. USCIS tier1 told me it will be denied (2 weeks ago). Yet here I am waiting for that document to show up.
