  1. Our I-751 took 44 months.....No RFEs.....rock solid case. Good luck on the rest of your journey. The N-400 is a piece of cake.
  2. You can travel with the extension letter and expired Green card. I have never seen anyone denied entry when they had both. You still possess valid evidence of LPR status.
  3. Yes. You can travel with the expired Green Card along with the extension letter until your Green Card arrives. Note: Did you file your I-751 in September 2024? Congratulations!! Some of us waited more than 3 years.
  4. I believe you should have an I-94 record until you become a Green Card holder.
  5. The thing that stands out in my mind was the policy which gave USCIS officers discretion to immediately deny a case which was missing required evidence rather than sending an RFE. Some people used to submit a petition or application just as a "place holder" without the proper accompanying documentation. Note: The process is a piece of cake after you get through the I-751 process. Good luck on the rest of your journey.
  6. I have never heard of that. Can you link a case here on Visa Journey? Personally, I put a diagonal line and wrote "NA" across whole sections which were not applicable on out I-751. Our case was not denied.
  7. You might try emailing the NY state Board of Nursing.

  13. That should terrify drug companies and food manufacturers. If confirmed, he will have major impacts on all our lives. "DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES In addition to administering Medicare and Medicaid, which together provide health coverage to one in four Americans, HHS also oversees the National Institutes of Health, the Food and Drug Administration, and the Centers for Disease Control."
  14. Because the number of visas for your visa category (F1) is limited to a cap every year. There are a LOT of people waiting in line ahead of you.
  15. No. The priority date for an I-130 filed now would not be current. See the December 2024 Visa bulletin for F1 category: Visa Bulletin For December 2024 TABLE B
  16. It's pretty risky. There have been cases where the extension was approved, but the individual was notified after the extension expired. Since the person overstayed the extension, they ended up with a voided B2 and a ban. @Mike E used to say that the I-539 is the most useless form at USCIS.
  17. Yes. The "change" is to clarify the way USCIS interpreted the entry of a person paroled into the US for Removal Proceeding. 20241114-LPRAdmissionForNaturalization.pdf
  18. Yes. Those are certified documents from originating agency.
  19. For one thing, it is assumed break continuous residence: Chapter 3 - Continuous Residence | USCIS
  20. The woke, DEI influence in the military will be erased.
  21. Anyone can be questioned after any stay outside the US. Legally, a Green Card holder can stay outside the US for up to a year, although stays of 6 months can create issues. Can a U.S. lawful permanent resident leave the United States multiple times and return?
  22. Same here. Gaetz is going to get pushback by some Republicans.
  23. Director of National Intelligence is: Tulsi Gabbard!!!!!!
  24. Then, Mom needs to submit an I-130 as the petitioner.
