    I don't recall ever seeing a K-1 expire unless it was sent back to USCIS.

    I have not seen a case expire unless it was returned to USCIS. The consulate normally extends them.

    Your attorney is correct. Approved I-129fs are typically automatically extended by the Department of State in 4 month increments until the interview. You can send the consulate an email to ask for an extension if you wish. It is not something you really need to worry about.

    That does not show where they live inside the US. For state ID, you need to show residency inside the state for a specific time, too.

    I'm not sure you will need it, but the letter is a good idea, imo....along with a couple affidavits of anyone else (outside family)

    I mean, in general, those voters who do no research of their own, and those who vote blindly based on the letter behind the name. Lack of info....low info voters. Much of the media is corrupt. They take words out of context, omit information, and straight out lie. They push an agenda instead of just telling us the facts.... and there are voters who believe it all. Voters should be educated....all of us.
