    Wow! What a powerful message right there. I had hoped the prices had peaked......but even at Walmart, here in Rowlett, Texas, regular octane was $3.94 a couple days ago. I've seen diesel as high as $5.25.

    When the case reaches NVC, you can notify them and the new consulate that the beneficiary wishes to interview in home country. The home country consulate can then request the case file.

    My wife needed emergency care in Japan a couple years ago. The care was excellent, and even her US Ortho specialist commented about the quality care she received. I am under the impression that Japan has world class facilities, technology, and personnel.

    Divorce does not terminate the obligations of an I-864. A sponsor is obligated until: 1. The immigrant becomes a US citizen or 2. The immigrant accrues 40 quarters of credited work or 3. The immigrant leaves the US and loses legal resident status or 4. The immigrant dies.

    A sibling of US Citizens visa category is F4. Those who had I-130s filed for them in 2005 are just now eligible for visa numbers. Under the current pace, It would take about 15 years if filed now.

    Advance Parole, for people qualified to apply, has been taking as long as 8 months.

    Where is "here"? If it is a true emergency, then "here" is the appropriate place for treatment.
