Hi sorry for late reply was not in area with netowork.I can send the child to come but I won't have anyone to take care of him as older kids are in High school.Well i hope for the best while I seek the best treatment here and worst case i will send him there . thank you

I am the mother of a 8 year old US Citizen that needs emergency care in the US having health challenges.I was deported in 2019 August, my appeal with the Fifith circuit had not been filed by National Appealeate Law , Therefore ICE picked me up from my home I found out my case had been dismissed because the brief had not been filed by the lawyer assigned to my case who I later found out while in detention that he ws no longer at the firm and was promoted to be a Immigration Judge in California .I would like to know if i should attempt to file a Humanitarian Parole with my son's condition for he needs urgent treatment .
