Exactly same thing happened with me mine is Texas service center. They didn’t update case online just sent me a text with case number on 31 dec  that case received in 24th. I called and made an online request on 7 Jan and 16 Jan.They sent me my notice printed with date 16 Jan (which I called them ).  

It's the same with me. my package was received on December 24, yesterday January 19 I got the letter of prints for February 1. I have not received the letter of warning and I have not received an extension letter

Hello everyone, today I received the letter for the prints. My package was received on December 24 and on December 31 I received a text message with a case number and that same day they cashed the check. I have not received the extension.
One question. 
¿Has the same thing happened to someone? How long can the extension take to arrive?

Hi @Evetorres28, from reading this forum I learned that many members either did not get the extension letter or got it late. What you can do is to wait 30 days and file e-Request https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do by choosing an option "Did not receive notice by mail".

About to send in our package... Tomorrow hopefully. Current GC expires 3/29. Looks like since I am in GA, I'll be mailing it to the Vermont Service Center.

My bank statements stack are quite huge, even removing ads and policy. I think it should be fine. I sent in every month's.
I've removed the ads and policy pages for bills too. Its still a big chunk lol.
If you're using USPS, I suggest you to use FLAT RATE boxes, its a flat fee. Mine costs $18.85 excluding recipient receipt and Certified Mail which are optional and cost around 4 dollars.
Here's how I organized mine: Did CookieCat's method 
 
I used 4 fasteners, the black binder clips are ONE account bank statement stack. The stickers are signed document pages. Make sure you only punch holes on the blank areas of the forms. I placed the check in a plastic pocket holder at the top pages right behind contents page.
Every new fastener stack, I included my name and spouse's name on the cover, in case the stack goes missing or throw around lol

No te preocupes,  para las citas  las fechas  son cercanas,  por lo menos en mo caso,  yo tenía  el BGT, y pague la tasa consular  y lo que hice fue esperar que me enviaran el paquete de instrucciones a mi correo, eso lo hace la embajada. Y pude sacar la cita para una semana  después,  en esa semana hice todo, examenes médicos,  huellas y entrevista,  asi que no te preocupes.  Ssludos

Hola a todos! No se si hay alguien activo por acá pero quería hacerles una pregunta. Se que el asunto de las citas varía según el momento del año y la cantidad de gente programándolas, pero ¿más o menos que tanta capacidad de citas para entrevista hay en la embajada Bogotá al mes? ¿Hay posibilidades de programar la cita para el mismo mes en que llega mi caso a la embajada? ¿Cómo fue su experiencia?
 
He visto que algunas embajadas de otros paises siempre están copados o se llenan muy rápido y hay que programar citas con un mes de anticipación o más. ¡Mil gracias!

Hola chicos, presentamos nuestra petición en octubre, está espera es cada vez más intolerable la verdad... Tengo algunas dudas porque estamos comenzando a preparar los papeles para la embajada, no sé si me pueden ayudar. Primero los antecedentes que hay que llevar a la embajada son los que se bajan de internet los de la policía, o debe ser algo especial? Y qué vacunas se necesitan porque no tengo mi cartón de vacunación.... Gracias de antemano... Un abrazo
