To be honest, I'm shocked that she was even let in at such an advanced state of pregnancy. Somebody should lose their job or be severely reprimanded.

Because stories like these (come to US, gave birth, tourist visa cancelled! What should I do?... blah blah) come up too often, so it is no-brainer.
If one has travel insurance which covered the medical emergency, the visa would not be cancelled.
Maybe US govt should make travel insurance mandatory for tourist visa.

You're a threat to immigrate illegally and overstay a visa. I wouldn't count on getting a tourist visa anytime soon.

you cannot....not unless you first pay back the many thousands of dollars that US taxpayers spent on your delivery....your son's status as a US citizen will play no role in you obtaining a new tourist visa....you already ignored what was told to you (stay for 2 weeks), the taxpayers shelled out a lot of money, and now you want to be rewarded...it won't happen. Trust is hard to get, but easy to lose and even harder to regain. And B2 visas are all about trust. When a person violates that trust, merely saying 'sorry' or coming up with some excuse as to why the visa holder refused to comply with our laws and regulations or instructions won't restore that trust.

Calling Americans unintelligent and the rest of ####### you said at the start of what you were hoping to find in the US was where you stepped in it. Sorry, you can say whatever you want. You changed your turn. You must have figured out that Immigration checks this too when they do background checks.

Honestly, you should be very very happy that the only service center handling K1's is CSC. This has been the case for over a year now. All cases are sent to CSC and you have no influence on that.
Before that, half the applications (based on the residence state of the petitioner) was sent to TSC. TSC processing time could be up to a year (or even more in extreme cases). Compared to CSC times, this became extremely unfair and led to the current situation where only CSC handles K1's.
Now, are you really gonna cry over 20 small extra days?
Enjoy the journey - we're all in it and equally entitled to the same processing time.

Hello, if you read on here it is hard to determine how exactly the USCIS processes out applications.
Having said this we had a rather unique situation when I applied. I put in the package a lot of detailed information and thought for sure a RFE was still going to happen. (I won't go into details here in the public forum)
Luckily, it was approved in 49 days and now we have the interview scheduled and we are very excited. She is in the process getting all the necessary laboratory, medical and the appointment to have her fingerprints taken.
Like someone said above, once you receive the NOA2, the process seems faster.
The best thing to do is communicate with each other, stay positive and one morning when you wake you will have the text and email from the USCIS telling you your application was approved!
    Good Luck!

Let me explain, OP, why so many posters have such harsh comment. I would like to give you an analogy. You are successful person driving down the street. You see me and n the side. I am homeless looking for food in the garbage can. You feel bad for me and very kind. So you give me a ride to your house, feed me, give me one room. Finally, I find a job, etc. After that I tell you that I met another homeless woman and want her to live with me in your house. You are just nd enough to agree but ask to learn more about her. In response, I say that your food is terrible, your house is disgusting. And still keep living in your house and eating your food. How would you respond?? This homeless person is you. You are ungrateful, and not needed here. Go back.

So, problem solved! Move and you will be happier. And trust me, us has plenty of PhDs. I am one of them. And there are many more that want to come here and will appreciate our way of life. Good luck. I can assure you, US will not lose a thing with your departure.

What?? Why would she hide from you?
First and most importantly, you need to be 1000% that your wife is safe. You need to be sure she is not being coerced (ex. writing the letter claiming it is her decision, messaging you daily). You need to be 10,000% sure.
If you are absolutely sure that it was HER DECISION to leave your home to work elsewhere without your knowledge of her whereabouts, then you have your answer. She abandoned your marriage. And you need to strongly communicate how this is jeopardizing her marriage and possibly her immigration status.
If you feel it was not her decision, then you should have some type of authoritative figure to have a talk with her. Lawyer, PI, social worker, a friend that is an officer? Somebody!!!
Because believe me. If this was my wife and she was manipulated into doing something like that. I would raise so much hell at that nail shop the owners would be thankful the police was called.

FIrst, the US citizen is committing a crime. Bigamy is illegal in the US. It's illegal for a US citizen to commit bigamy anywhere in the world.
Second, only the first wife qualifies for an immigration visa.
Third, BS on US Immigration allowing bigamists and polygamists to immigrate to the US. Pure BS.
