My mother also had interview on November 25th 2019, they also asked her to submit more pics online which i did very next day. Until now they haven't  accepted any of them. But i think they will ask you for 2nd medical since been more then 6 months. Congratulations looks like you case is moving forward. 

I filed like a week before you, same service center. It is my understanding that F2A I-130s are on hold due to Trump's ban. I'm waiting for my N-400 interview so I upgrade the I-130 from spouse of permanent resident to spouse of citizen.

No one can tell you. We have to hope.  

She isn't going to get an appointment until the consulates reopen and if she is not subject to the EO and extensions thereof.

Sorry.... F2A is subject to the EO. For family based categories, only spouses and children under 21 of citizens are exempt.
