I posted in the December thread sorry I forgot the January one! 
Hi everyone, I must have checked at least five times today. Then at the end of the day at 3:45pm Hawaii time I got a text message that said our case was updated but it didn't say to what status. I logged into the USCIS E-online website to see that our case was APPROVED!!! Malen and I are so happy!! After 122 days of waiting our dreams are coming true! Can I call the NVC tomorrow?? 😂 just kidding. No not really! Lol. We are so thankful for everyone's support and wish that you all get approved as soon as possible!

Unfortunately, today wasn't my day   Tomorrow will be 109 days for me since they received my petition... starting to get up there
Oh well, tomorrow is another day to hope for our approval!

If thats your argument, the same could be said for you looking for help - hire a lawyer and get all the help you need. 
 
Most of us do not have someone who we can relate to having gone through this process.

Wow what a passive aggressive post. Did not realize there was such strict rules to this forum and that every single post had to be valuable to everyone.
 
I, as im sure many others, use this forum as a means to gather/share info but also as an outlet for dealing with the emotional immigration process. 

Today I received in the mail my "Status Termination Notice". It was a NOA2 indicating that my I-130 for the K3 Visa has been approved and sent to the NVC center!!!!!  

I am overwhelmed with excitement.  Previously their usage of words like "Case Status: Decision" and of course "status termination" made things look really grim, and further compounding the issue is that literally, 7 search results have the phrase "Status Termination Notice Was Mailed".  

Anyways for future K3 filers.  My I-129F has been updated with "Status Termination Notice Was Mailed", and "Case Status: Decision". The I-130 has still not been updated on their website, but the receipt number, Case Type (I130)  were present on the NOA2 received. 

Really an exciting day !!! Thank you all!

Finally, after 122 days, we are approved!!! We are so happy!!!!!
Now, as the beneficiary, I should only worry about having all the vaccines required, the medical exam and the criminal record in hands, right? And my fiance, the affidavit of support, right? Am I missing something here? And finally the interview... I can't wait for it!
