try to check at the bottom of that app, there's an options: MY CASE, SEARCH, VISA BULLETIN, USCIS NEWS, etc.... Then choose SEARCH and u can enter your case number then up to your choice of number counts of case and they you will get the result

I have the same app but I don't see dates.. Jus whether case was received or approved. When I added my case it states my case was received 12/17. When was your received per the app? I know received and receipt date are different but the receipt notice date does not appears on the app

Me personally Using iPhone App Store I downloaded "UScis case tracker & searcher" app and I was able to add my case and track it. But for some reason I don't have the ability GeorgeandGeorgia have to see dates for cases etc

Yay! I am checking everyday my app to see if our NOA2 is approved.. Patience... Patience... It seems like 2nd week DEC filers are going to receive the NOA2 within this month *fingers crossed*

Well it appears someone was burning the midnight oil at the CSC. We got our Approval notice at 10pm via text, and then the approval email followed at 10:20pm.

My fiance would like to bring his son here eventually, but the son's mother hates me with a passion, so that will never happen for me. I did ask him about how child support and stuff works in the DR.. he just said it's not really a legal issue like it is in America, if the father/mother sends money, and the child is taken care of, that's all that matters (even though they won't come lock you up if you're not a decent human and don't support the child) Random, but what city is he from? Hi, what are you using to see the case status?

I am thinking ahead (crossing finger for approval soon to start getting things ready) but anyone can tell me if my fiance's daughter mother would have to sign any official document needed for the interview etc. she is a very difficult person to work with and I really would like to be ready to request what is needed from her to allow the kid get the visa with her dad if approved.

As I am looking ahead on documents needed once the NOA2 is received, form I-134 ask for people who the petitions previously sponsor. I sponsored my dad directly about 4 years ago and I know he must be listed as part of my household but how about If my income was used for co-sponsoring someone else before I petition for my dad. Do I have to write person's name I co-sponsor before orshould I only keep my dad On the list? Anyone knows where I find more information on this?

The NOA1 is the date That You received the notification. You sent it on the 16th of December and they received it on the 22? Then it's the 22nd your NOA1 date. Check your hardcopy it will say the correct notice date. By the way, we have the same timeline, lol.

I want to have my timeline accurately represent the dates.. Can someone tell me whether on NOA1 received we entered the date that they included in the document stating they received it or the date we receive the notification? I sent my the 16 and they received it the 12 but I got the notification on the 22 via email but the hard copy on the 26.

My comment/concern is that I didn't include any pics from my second trip to see my fiancé before I file the petition. All I included were pictures from when we first met two years ago. Would this be a problem. I do have tons of pics from my trips and proof that I travel to see him twice after we met. I submitted three pics as proof that we met back in 2013. I wrote dates and places where pictures were taken. When we met for the first time we were just friends and started dating in 2015 (my first trip in 2015) then I went back in 2015 and he asked me to marry him (no ring because it was a spate of moment thing). We discussed when and how we wanted to get marry so we decided to get marry in US so all my family (big family) was present. I submitted the fiancé petition in December so we can get marry here. Do u think I will get a RFE bc I didn't sent recent pictures of us (2015 pictures)? Please help!!!!

When filing out I-134, do I included who has used my income me being a joint sponsor. Or do I just declared that person that I have sponsor directly?

I processed two K2's along with my wife. Yes, it's a good idea to include them in the 129F from the beginning. If they travel with mom it's much easier for her to have them with her each step of the way and to get each of the documents that she most likely will get for herself for them.

You can also file for them to follow which the same process but they have one year from the NOA2 to leave the country to join mom that is if everyone passes the interview.
