    Hey! sorry for all the questions so for the i 129f packet my fiancee only needs to sign the passport photo and the letter of intent that she will marry me within 90 days correct? Is there anything else she needs to sign when i send the packet?  i thought also the G325A form but now that it has been incorporated.

      The passport photo does not need to be signed :)

       

      She needs to send you:

      - Signed letter of intent

      - US passport photos with her name written on the back

      - Copy of birth certificate + translation if original document is in foreign language

      - Copy of name change document + translation if she's changed her name before

      - Copy of divorce decree + translation if she's been divorced before

      - Copy of passport pages with passport stamps to countries where she has met you at if applicable

      - Copy of flight itineraries, boarding passes and receipts from her meetings with you
