Zawji reacted to gregcrs2 in W2 copies okay for ir1 interview?
What's the problem with showing the original W-2 at the interview?  They will not be keeping the original.  Almost sounds like you are hiding something..

I sorted it and it now shows mine on the list.

Edit your timeline and when you get to the section about the petitioner living abroad I initially had filled it out. I didnt know at the time but it automatically assumed I was consular filing. That means your case doesn't register the same on Igor's list, so I went back and left it blank where it says "US Citizen Petitioner Living Abroad"

The next time the list was updated it was correct in the list. I can't say this will work for everyone but it did for me.

    Best of luck.

Zawji got a reaction from Keith & Arileidi in Sent to wrong Chicago Lockbox address
Just updating in case anyone else makes this mistake.  The package was transferred to DHL this morning.  I called them with the tracking number and they were able to change it in their system so it should, God-willing, go to the physical address instead of the PO box.  So if you make the same mistake I did, just try calling the carrier and see if they can help you.

Hi, I'm submitting this because I've actually gotten the NOA2 notification. I'm sorry to say it's been frustrating to watch all of these responses pop up as I was waiting and hoping for an expedite (since MAY), when the people posting had only just begun and had no news!! Am i the only one that's here hoping to be able to make some sense of this process by seeing the ANSWERS here?
IMHO, please, for other the applicants' sake, post when you have news! There are a lot of other topics where you can join for support and give your updates.
And yes, I'm grouchy because we weren't expedited. lol
But at least we've finally been approved.

You can file with a current employment letter and 3 months worth of pay stubs if you make enough. If you did not file taxes last year then you would submit proof of non filing for the previous years with an explanation as to why you did not file.  Be that as it may, you may still need a joint sponsor as they use the current years taxes to determine if you meet the federal poverty guidelines. Even if you work for the whole year 2017, and file your taxes in 2018 you will still need an explanation as to why you did not file previously for 2016, and 2015 because you will answer no to the question of whether or not you filed taxes for the last 3 years.

Who gets a lawyer for a letter of support for their daughter??? Only in America. ?
Don't include the letter. In normal cases, affidavits carry no weight at all, as anyone can write a letter of support. This letter might even end up hurting you, as it seems really cold and like your mother has no knowledge about or involvement in your marriage and relationship at all.
