I have a strange feeling of happiness and goofiness today. I have a feeling your approval is coming soon.
-
I am sure you are refering to the comment I made about you spamming the forums. No one is suggesting that you can't post here but you are flooding the boards with multiple threads usually dealing with the same topic or even the same exact question. Can you see how this could be discouraging to other users on the forum?
There is a K-3 guide that pretty much covers almost every question you have asked. There are also sample forms of what you will be asked to turn it. They are all readily available anytime of the day if you bother to click on the links ( which have been provided to you on several occasions and are at the top of the page ) Next time before coming to a forum and spamming it, then complaining, you might want to take a day or two to understand the culture of the community so you might be able to both contribute and learn something from the boards.
-
Did you bother to read the K3 guide or any of the other thousand posts on this forum or do you just want to spam the hell out of these boards with the same question until someone answers you?

Don't worry DipSticks no touches, on either application for me since the checks were cashed. Not sure exactly what is going on but I have a feeling we will here something in the next 5 years. Just a hunch.
-
This thread does not deliver.
-
I LOL at this thread.
-
Dip sticks we have very similar timelines it seems, so I will be watching yours very carefully. I am also going to visit my wife in November, so hopefully by the time we both go we have our approvals.
-
No one has perfect grammar or spelling, but if you are trying to ask a question and the question is incomprehensible then there is a problem, hence the reason everyone seems too confused to help this person.
-
From what it sounds like you are a bit confused about the process.
You have NOA 1 right? March 14th is the date you have given here and I am assuming it is for the 1-130 which is the CR1/IR1, not a K-3 unless you have applied for that as well.
If you have not yet received a case approval than you are still several months away from an interview being granted for your husband and him returning the states
I suggest reading the guides to gain a better understanding. Hope that helps.

This is WONDERFUL news

Don't worry everything will even out over time... It may take a while to get an approval, but perhaps the process will move quickly after that.
-
I haven't had any touches on either application since the 27 of July, and none at all on My I-130. I am hoping I will be one of those, no touch approval people.

This is great news!!!!

I find Type0Negative's voice facinating, but the songs/lyrics are totally corny.
A band doesn't have a voice. The lead singer does.

1. Don't type in caps.
2. It doesn't matter where you marry so far as it is recognized as legitimate
3. If you are considered a resident of Canada you can probably file DCF
4. Don't type in caps.
-
Please do not type in all Caps, many people will probably pass over what you have written until it is actually corrected.

This is the deal-when I was in the Philippines we didnt have many opportunities to get to a internet cafe to fill out the G325A fillable form for my wife. I had copies of it I brought with me so I helped her fill them out by handwriting them and having her sign them. And then brought them home with me. A few of the spaces were left blank because I had questions I wasnt sure about and needed to research more or ask the forum in which I did. Anyway in the question where it asks "Applicants last address outside of the United States of more than one year" we wrote "None" on my wifes form, why we did that I dont know? So I crossed it out and wrote her street name in that block and then filled in the rest of the address info. Will this be okay that I crossed out "None" or should I leave a sticky note explaining. I also noticed on one of the four forms she signed where it says "Show below last occupation abroad if not listed above. (Include all informatiom requested above)" In that block somehow the info from the web sites example form got transfered to this form. I didnt notice it until I got home. It only happened on one of the 4 G325A's. I blacked out with a pen the mistaken info and wrote "None" in the space. Will this be okay? It doesnt look sloppy or anything but I was thinking maybe I should use white out instaed of blacking it out with a pen. Or are these forms like some documents like a cars title that when you cross out, white out or change anything on the document it automatically makes the document VOID. Hoping to get some advice soon so we can get this ball rolling. Thanks-Gary P.S. Time line Tonight
I had to correct a mistake as well and I haven't had any problem.

Yes I realized I cross posted, but I figure it might be easier to get an answer by doing this. I have recently heard some consulates don't accept co sponsors for the K visas. I tried calling but couldn't get through, and my experience in the past has been one of frustration in getting a direct answer from anyone at this consulate.

Tried calling the consulate and couldn't get through so I figured I would just ask on here to see if anyone knows about this specific consulate. Thanks.

That is the K3 guide. Should help you out a bit..

Just need some clarification on this subject if anyone has any insight. My parents are acting as cosponsor for my wife ( from South Africa). Any insight you have into this matter would be appreciated.
-
I only recently graduated college and am having to use a co sponsor. Is there any way to know what countries allow them and what countries don't?
-
Congrats! We are the only two people with South African spouses that I know of. Our timelines are about a month apart so I hope you get your husband over here soon.
Has there been any K3 approvals??!!
