Interview letter states that I should Take original I-864 but she insisted that I do not need them as She has already sent the original to NVC so she sent me copies in a PDF file to my email. I'm just hoping  that the originals did not went missing throughout  nvc process and when I go for my interview  they will not request them as this I know will cause more delays.

After you register you can keep the confirmation for yourself, but the embassy doesn't need a copy of it.

If your visa is approved they will ask if you have registered for DHL.

Attach to my interview letter under the section that says: important  interview reminders. It states that  If  a  financial  sponsor  submitted  an  I-864  Affidavit  of  Support  form,  you  must  give  the  consular  officer an  original  version  that  is signed  in  ink (NOT  photocopied).  I've asked my lawyer for copies for both petitioner and co-sponsor and she refused, saying  I will not need them as she has already submitted them. I'm  confused !

The letter also state that all originals must be submitted at interview for copies sent to NVC.

While my co- sponsor will be willing to send is transcript, he's  not willing  to send original W2's. Can I have him get certified copies.  Meaning, he would photocopy the original and have a notary public verified the photocopy that they are a true reflection of the original.

Just be patient.  I waited 2 mths and 2 weeks.

Don't forget  u need to take 2 passport  photos n passport along with receipt.

We have co sponsor but they want his tax paper also. What should we do?

He didnt earn enough to file taxes. Should we ttpe a letter about why he didnt file it? He worked at little ceaser last month. But they want for 2015. In 2016 he was with me in turkey for a long time.

My question is what should we do?

I've received an email from NVC today that I'm in queue for an interview date. Never got an email or anything to say case complete. Would I receive this email after getting an interview date ?

looks good, though on a point of grammar, it is

I am also waiting. All our documents were recieved, all fees paid and its been 6 weeks and we have not heard anything or given an appointment date.

I've received application visa comformation letter from NVC October 19,2016 and I haven't heard anything else since then.I'm doing IR/CR 1 consular process. Im a bit concerned as I've had friends who filled after me and they have been scheduled for interview already.Is this waiting time normal ?

The case complete email says: we have received all the documents for this case and you are now in the queue for interview.

I've received a visa and alien registration application confirmation letter from nvc. At the bottom it says complete on: 1 october 2016. Would this be the case complete date.

You can still visit your spouse while you have a pending immigration benefit; however, like any other visitor seeking admission to the U.S. you must convince CBP that you intend to depart and pursue your interview abroad after your brief visit. Travel with compelling proof of non-immigrant intent to satisfy CBP if asked.

Im presently at the nvc stage awaiting interview date.Ive only seen my husband october of this year after being away from each other for 2 years. I would love to go n spend Christmas with my spouse but im concern about being denied entry to the USA.

For evidence: a lease, bank account with u n fiance name, receipt of restaurant that u might have been together and furnitures or appliances purchased in both of your names,post card given to each other,emails,phone records etc km

What exactly are you getting from the cosponsor? The embassy does not require the I-864 and accompanying evidence once you've already submitted them to NVC. Did what did your interview letter say? It true you what you need. You take copies in case. The original documents required are those from the beneficiary birth certificate etc
