Good morning...I haven't heard that they are included in any correspondence. Correspondences will only go to a lawyer(if one is used), the petitioner and the beneficiary. I have not read anything that suggests that this occurs, though I might be wrong. The same with the interview...only those that are being petitioned for/have a scheduled appointment are allowed in the Embassy...sposuses and finacee'a are not "required" to attend (at least that's what I read at the bottom of the P4 letter) but that doesn't mean that they cannot attend and won't be allowed to enter. From my reading here, it's possible that they could ask the petitioner questions regarding the co-sponsor (i.e. who it is and relationship to the beneficiary or sponsor). There's a caveat to everything though...

Maybe pose the question in the Case to Interview-June to see if more seasoned persons in the process can provide more information.

No credit/debit card only personal check ( that take longer to be processed) or bank transfer (quicker) and that can be done by someone else.

The only way you will be denied at interview is if CO does not believe it is a bonafide relationship, criminal history, or drug issues.

no, that's what the joint sponsor is for, the petitioner can have no income at all, as long as the joint sponsor makes enough to cover the beneficiary

I've been approved n now at nvc stage using a co sponsor. My spouse received ssi income only and has no other income. Just wondering if visa will be denied at the interview.

After receiving welcome letter I haven't done anything else as yet as my co sponsor has changed his mind so I'm now seeking a new co sponsor as my spouse receive ssi income.

Might as well do a little update too:

Case complete: 1/13. We didnt fond out until I called on 1/22.

We got scheduled for an interview on 2/1, for March 10th.

SS usually sends you one every couple of months. Also, wouldnt he get some sort of stub with his benefits? You can also access you ss account online, I think.

This process is so frustrating, it gets you on edge. There must be a way to resolve this in less than that time.

Green card will b mailed to the address provided on immigrant application(place u will stay when u arrive in the USA). She can visit social security office and make a application for ssn.

Congrats, go online and fill agent form and pay for AOS. Btw when did NVC receive your case from USCIS?

Received welcome letter. Do I choose an agent, pay bill n then send package ( still putting things together) or do I choose an agent n pay bill when package is ready to send off
