no I-130 for you. Just follow our AOS Guide (Note there are 2 different ones, one of them DOES include the I-130 and doesn't apply to you)

The only time someone who entered on a K-1 needs an I-130 is if they married after the 90th day from PoE, since they didn't comply with the K-1 requirements.

I understand what you're saying & MOST questions people have can be found through the guides & search engines. I have educated myself so I am prepared & ready but even I get confused by the way things are worded & I need to ask questions no matter how dumb it may sound. Nobody here wants to make any mistakes and the more I read about people getting RFEs its usually something small. So attention to detail is a must & as well as I've educated myself in everything if I have a question I'm gonna ask because that's exactly what visa journey is for. Good luck on your journey!

I would not only be sure to notify the US Embassy, ICE, NVC, etc... - I would also do my research and notify the Swiss embassy - send them the full story and proof - copies of what he sent you with their pictures, his visa, etc... - and copies of all of your filings - Let them revoke his visa. These are the no good low lifes who hurt the process for others -

Let someone else be his toy to play his games with. Sorry that sounds so harsh because of course you are heartbroken and loved this man but please don't set yourself up with even more pain from him. If a man has reached adulthood and is unable to stop gravity from pulling his member into the dark hole of another female he will never gain control of that member and it will always be excusable in his mind. I completely share your pain! My husband is also in Nigeria and although I've only just begin the process its already been the most stressful and sleepless week ever. To think we have to prove our love, which has no measure, to a number of strangers! And worst to wait in anxiety for the approval to start a life with the person you love.

Have had the same trouble. Two banks responded that they cannot give the total deposited for the last year. Is because it is not an automatic printout and takes them 2 seconds of extra work to get a total. They both gave a statement of the date the accounts were opened and current balance and I am including my bank statements that shows the amounts deposited, hope that is good enough.
