When you got married, you took this oath that, you will faithful and he is your top of anything in your life. You must learn to stay strong for him, he is your everything. I am sure you have seperation from your parents and homesickness. Trust me you will get use to it pretty soon. United States is ideal place to live, work and grow.

mohdirfan08787 got a reaction from Jon York in Will I lose my Temporary Green Card if my US citizen wife divorce me (or withdraw I-130)
I will suggest you to get a very good lawyer first to take off the ticket off your record, second your chances to obtain further stay in United States are very narrow.
USCIS do not want to hear how much innocent you are, or you been scammed or abused they only follow the book. Since your sponcer and ticket to your green card pulled back , You can not get a green card.
You better start looking into other countries because upon your return to US you might get deported right back cause you have domestic voilance charges and THEY ARE TAKEN VERY SERIOUS.
Move on, forget about it and start a new life in your home country. Lets say you are in US it will very challanging for you to even get a job because you have a criminal backgound.
You have 2 options here, 1- Move on and stay where you are, or find another country.
2- be ready and drain your money on lawyers and live a very bad life fight for rest of your remaining life.

You are just listening to one side of the story and claim, Would be nice if we would know his story. He was so determine to bring her over on K1 visa. Spend his money, time and so on and now he changed his mind?
Maybe it could be some other reason. God knows.

So i am expecting my interview letter in end of April or begaining of May. At this moment i dont care about in-line thing cause it doesnt really mean anything cause you can be issued a Interview letter without been in-line or can be in-line day after your bio.

From personal experiance from my friend. Most likely what is going on is, She and her lover planning on make a good bussniess back home while she is working here. You know this, a person can stay hidden for decades unless he/she commits crime. You can live in US for rest of your life if you not get into trouble. There is no way she can turn her status to Green card cause accourding to you, Your case way stronger. DHS is not that free to find her and deport her back, there are thousands of cases similar to you are pending.
Most proberly she is working somewhere illegally, either in resturant, asian store, massage center or somewhere. The most popular one is HOME HEALTHCARE or nanny. Sueing will make your case even more stronger. But wouldent much help to you case where ever she is working, she is working on cash so no income record.
I am so sorry to hear your story. Hope the B get the karma, and enjoy your life with your baby.

mohdirfan08787 reacted to Rob Corvette in Met a Filipina here in US who was here on K-1 visa
Hello again to all of the wonderful people who gave me such great advice on a problem I posted before.
I met a Filipina a few weeks ago who had arrived in the US back in the end of November 2014 on a K-1 Fiance Visa, but things didn't work out with them, and she did not marry him. Her K-1 Visa expired a few days ago, and she and I want to have some time to get to know each other better to see if we want to make a life together. We are close to the same age, and are getting along just great, and I sure hope there is a process or a proper form to fill out that would allow her to extend her K-1 so that we might have a chance to see if we can make each other happy.
Can anyone tell me if this is possible, or are they just going to come along and scoop her up and send her home? For the record, she wants nothing to do with her original fiance, he turned out to be a violent jerk, and in my opinion mean and bitter enough to call immigration to have her picked up. I sure would like to have the time for a chance at happiness...
I appreciate any help you can give me.
    Rob
