    Let me get this straight, your ex-fiance petitioned you but things didn't work out so you are trying to find a way to withdraw yourself
    or like many have said, wait a year until it expires. For me, this means your relationship just ended days or weeks ago, but somehow
    you are already asking if this can affect your 2nd petition before your 1st expires. 

     If you can get engaged to two different USC within ONE year and somehow talk them into petitioning you right away, clearly you are meeting
    USC for the sole purpose of migrating. I hope they outright reject you and put a ban on you.

    Yet another OP that isn't happy with someone telling them its NOT ok to commit fraud. OP, you have been given several suggestions and while you may not like the answers, no one here is going to tell you that it's ok to visa shop or try to find a way around the system as that is against the TOS for VJ. Based on your own responses, it sounds like that is exactly what you are doing. Immigration to the the US is a privilege and NOT a right and trying to circumvent the system is not going to get you anywhere here on this form.

    The petitioner obviously sent an incomplete packet. Pictures were not included, Intent to marry letter, G325a were all missing.
