Hi I am physically in Hong Kong and have applied for the certificate a few days ago. They accept the welcome email from NVC containing the applicant's full name, case number, etc. as an evidence for the "request letter". Hope this helps.

We had the same problem with Ma. An AKA on NBI worked with no problems from Embassy about it.

They are only inquiring about the initial online meetup. I believe their main concern is whether it was through an international marriage broker or not. And we did not use that.

TECHNICALLY, the vaccinations are not required for the K1.  BUT... you'll often almost be forced to take them.  The vaccinations are for the Green Card, but since a K1 applicant is going to apply for a Green Card shortly after arrival to the USA, they make you take vaccinations during the K1 medical.  If you don't get them during the K1 medical, then you'll have to take another medical exam when you apply for your green card and take all the vaccinations then.
 
Anyways, to answer your questions.  If you don't have any records proving you've taken the vaccinations, you'll end up taking them all again.
