If you are applying for N400 under 319(b) then you don't have to wait for ROC. VJ has plenty of examples of users who went through this. 319(b) applies to LPR or conditional residents who's spouses employed abroad (whether its military, government, missionary, or US corporations that engaged in the development of foreign trade and commerce of the United States). There are several conditions. You can read it here https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-12-part-g-chapter-4

You haven't applied for ROC yet? I thought you had to do your ROC first before you be able to do citizenship. At least that is what I understand from K1 and CR1 visa's. K1 > AOS > ROC> 3/5 year rule citizenship. Because the first GC is only valid for 2 years and then you need to file for ROC unless your situation is different.

We finished N's biometrics today at Elizabeth NJ. Biometrics was at 8 am, and was a breeze with no wait time at all. Wish we have similar luck with our petition as well!

Hi! April filer here. We only have 7 people in our group with confirmed interview dates as of yet (in the google sheet). I am hoping more people have one, but just hasn't updated yet, although I think most people in the group check/update the sheet whenever they can. The sheet is very handy - I would recommend it for you guys! Good luck all, and I wish you speedy interview notifications:-)

Lets do it. I keep checking April fillers and it doesnt seem they have the dates for interview or maybe they forget to update timelines. Do anybody know how long estimately wait the status change to interview scheduled? What order uscis you think schedule the dates?

Hello everyone,
 
I filed online on 5/13, and the biometrics appointment status notification came on 5/17 to the email, then the letter was posted on USCIS account this morning, 5/20.
 
Boston, MA is my local office and my bio is about a week and a half from today, 6/5.

Got the exact same notice this morning.  I assume it'll show at some point next week...
 
My estimated time says 8 months.

Nice! Yes My NOA is already posted on my online account but didn’t get the notice in mail yet. Processing estimation time went down from 13 months to 11 months now...😊 good luck u too
