Hello guys!! First time commenting. I am also a I-751 September filer VSC and my case changed from local office to transferred to a different one in Mesquite, Texas on November 23. Status hasn’t changed since then. I’m so tired of waiting already. I hope we all get approved soon. 🙏🏻 

Texas seems to be good with responding to cases. See if you get something in 2-3 weeks.

I always thought Texas was pretty slow . This is encouraging 🙂

8:00 Am they clock in.
8:35 Am they finish their coffee.
8:50 Am they take a 10 min break. 
9:15 Am they are back.
9:40 Am restroom break.
10:00 Am Facebook/ IG time
11:15 Am check thousands of lunch

2:30 Pm they come back from lunch
2:55 PM after lunch break is over. 
3:00 PM they check 1 or 2 cases. 
3:35 PM they restroom break
3:45 PM they coffee break. (Spill the coffee on our cases) 
4:00 PM they send RFE to those cases. 
4:25 PM the system froze. 
4:35 PM system is back online.(a bunch of Case get Received by loal offices) 
4:45 PM they get ready to leave. 
4:59 PM clock out. 

Ugh. I can't wait to be done with USCIS.

Wow! Congrats !!! 🎉🍾🥂thus wait is so frustrating. Seems like every time it’s our turn there’s a ridiculously long delay! Happens every step of the way! From k1 that should have been 3-4 months took 6-8. Then the waiting for AP and on and on. Really ridiculous !

We received an 18 month extension letter as well but too bad we already got the stamp in the passport and they took the green card then. 💆🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️😩this is like a corn maze with no exit. 

Try this: 
I managed to get an appointment for the next day after about an hour or using this. 

The workplace is wrong - her entitlement to work does not expire. The card and any extension letter serve as proof of status, and are not the status itself
 
 
 
Is her Social Security card unrestricted?
If so, take her valid state ID and the SS card to the workplace, with a copy of the I-9 form here HERE, a copy of the instructions HERE  - with the very first full paragraph of each document highlighted, as well as page 3 of the I-9 form itself -  pointing out that what they are doing is very illegal.
 
 
 
If the SS card is restricted (if it says 'not valid for employment' or similar on it), then make an infopass appointment HERE at around midnight, go get an I-551 stamp in passport (which acts as proof of extension for another year) , then go to the SS office and get an unrestricted ss card.
Honestly, she will need to renew her license in november anyway, so may as well make an infopass appointment anyway to get the stamp in order to be able to renew that.
 
 

Get a new passport with your consulate and then get the stamp. You do not want that to expire . It will allow you to travel and work. Very very very urgent .

Conditional Permanent Residence A conditional permanent resident receives a green card valid for 2 years. In order to remain a permanent resident, a conditional permanent resident must file a petition to remove the condition during the 90 days before the card expires. The conditional card cannot be renewed. The conditions must be removed or you will lose your permanent resident status.
 

We still have our AOS portion of our status saying fingerprint fee accepted....etc...so either they are very behind in NY or they lost our file.
At least our EAD and AP went thru. Not as awful to wait then....kind of awful but not totally awful.

Came back on Wed from trip number 19 and hoped to see the updated interview list with our date possibly already assigned. Checked Thursday...still nothing. Today I called the NVC and State dept w no luck. So I called the embassy and spent 7 of the best USD I have ever spent. They told me we have a,date!!!! It's on Sept 18!!!! Omg omg omg omg I was so incredibly happy and I'm only more so tonight. My fiance is totally happy that soon soon soon we can be together.
My only concern is it's in four weeks. the medical should be done in 3weeks before. We still don't have the appointment letter. Nothing in hard copy nothing via email. How long does it take to receive in DR? (Either hard copy or email or both??) Is this 2 page document the packet 4?????

Hi all. Feb TSC filer here too . I've come to accept that the T in TSC stands for Torture.
We mailed on Feb 7, NOA1 'received Feb 12. Alien Reg changed Feb 19. Nothing since. It's collecting dust in someone's pile on their desk.
Good luck to us all but I'll start feeling better once I see this group getting nOA2s.

Who is in charge of this area of immigration. We honestly need to unite and send a huge petition. Call the news. Call Barbara Walters. Call Oprah. This is AN ATROCITY. I'm tired puff seeing people that have just stunned gettingapprovals many already have had their interviews and are on their way. That's ludicrous. Then you still see Sept thru Dec people still getting approved??????? No way. Send a big chunk to CSC and process these files fairly as they were received.
Grrrrrrr this is just being anything I imagined. Seven to nine months for just this part??????

So many still unapproved. Omg. This is a cruel nightmare. I swear I knew it would be tedious and delayed but THIS is atrocious. Are other countries like this?

I hope they are finally taking care of this backlog. It's so scary and frustrating to see you guys STILL waiting at mud April from Nov filing and so many of the CSC people flying through. I'm happy for them indeed but it should be a much fairer approach of first come, first serve. It would save slit of agonizing. Then if your case is complicated its put in a queue and at least you know it's in progress.

This whole process is just torture. From gathering data to the wait to what I'm reading about some if these interviews. I don't even know what color my own toothbrush was! I had to look. I throw them away so often so who knows, who cares, who focuses on that? We see each other for just small spurts after long months of waiting. These innocuous micro details are crazy.

Happy to know now there must be a March filers group. Feels like a tiny bit of progress at least ??
