I am a religious muslim woman. And i was also worry about it too. on February 2015, i called the clinic asking them whether i can do my medical exam with female doctor since i don't feel comfortable doing it with male doctor and the clinic said that "don't worry, the nurse will do it for him". And since i got Checklist from NVC and it made me wait again for another 60 days for them to complete my case. Thank God, since beginning of march, this particular clinic is no longer the US Embassy's medical provider. a few days ago i went to different clinic, all of them are female doctor. She did check my private part and it was very fast! less than 30 seconds. So, don't worry just call the clinic they will tell you everything.

Just be patient! At least you are luckier than most of the people over here. I have been waiting for three years just to be with my husband and i saw some people that have been waiting for more than 10 years just to be with their partners too. You are so lucky that you can see your partner almost everyday. For me, i have to wait for at least 6months before i can meet my husband and spend thousand of dollars for our airfare,hotel, etc.

sorry, no sympathy here. you live 30 minutes away. others cannot see their SO for months, sometimes up to a year.

My husband doesn't give me any limit about how much money that he will give me per month. Since in the beginning of our relationship, we are always be transparent about everything include how much money we make per month and how much money we spent. He gave me an access to his bank account and he sent me one of his ATM Card so that i can take some money out every time i need it, even though i am still in overseas. My husband gives me 'thrust' and that how marriage couple suppose to be.
