My fiancee is traveling to Beirut tomorrow to pick up packet3. She is then having her medical done before heading back home. Already have all the required paperwork, So we plan on calling the Embassy right after the medical to schedule an interview !! praying

Many of us who applied early September were expecting to have our significant others with us by Christmas or New Years. Is that still the expectation?

my application just arrived at the embassy, based on everyones posts most are right around there as well. But seems like most Embassies give interviews 2-4months from now!!

NVC status changed from from In Transit to READY. i haven't heard from the Embassy yet, its the weekend. Hoping they tell us to come pick up the packet on Monday.

does the NVC tracker update immediately? mine still says "at NVC" even though when I called Friday the lady said it was going to be sent out that day. Did I get lied to?

Thanks bu thats not what i mean. Im talking about the "app" that lets you track case numbers close to yours so you can see hundreds of cases moving along and predict when your will be approved and such.

Hey ladies and gents, is there an app or tracker for NVC stage/CEAC like the one for USCIS, that lets you see other case numbers around yours and automatically updates?

I just called NVC and they received my case yeaterday they also gave me my case number!!!! After 20 days from NoA2! I am so happy!!!!! ?

When he told me "Yes, I have your case number" I answered "Wait, are you sure? Are you sure it's mine?" Ahah i couldn't believe it!!

Moving right along, i saw your post and decided to call right way...glad i did before the weekend, she told me they will send it to the embassy before end of the day

called NVC today, waited 20mins. Lady gave me my case number and said it was received yesterday. will be shipped to embassy later today !

Now that I have the hard copy of NOA2 I was going to send some papers over to my fiancée. What should I include?

-I 134 affirdavid of support

-NOA1 and NOA2, copy or original?

-copy of i12F petition

Can thing else?

i am trying to see case tracker updates but it says its offline. anyone knows what that means or when it will be back online?

16 more August 31st received date were approved today

As promised ill keep updating the status of cases RECEIVED on August 31st using the case tracker app. There is a total of 180 K1 applicants with that RECEIVED date (which as some have pointed out gives a NOA1 of about Sep 2nd)

There was major activity today bringing to total approvals to 23/180 but sadly there was alot of RFEs 16 to be exact !

The good news is the processing is moving right along and those with later received dates are speeding closer to a NOA2. hope this helps
